A jewel in the heart of a very rich historical town. A short walk away from everything and all the historical sites in Tomar. Friendly service and staff. Excellent, clean facility and easy (free) parking. Very comfortable rooms. Great breakfast spread!

This hotel was lovely. The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Everything was super clean. They have a chapel for meditation, it is a Catholic hotel. Gift shop included in the hotel, also very easy access to high quality candles for the candle procession at the shrine (1€ each). Loads of parking available. Small downside was the sub-optimal breakfast selection, at least in comparison to other hotels of the same trip. I still ate plenty.

One of the best hotel Ive stayed in Portugal. Right next to the sancturaries. Clean, spacious room Loved the breakfast. Hotel is very new and clean. Staffs were friendly, and check in was smooth. If you are visiting Fatima, this is your go-to hotel. Will def come back

Boa localização. Simpatia quanto baste. Quarto pequeno. Estacionamento automóvel limitado. Sem grandes espaços comuns, embora com uma sala de estar agradável, sem tv. Pequeno almoço com o mais importante, sem exageros numa sala agradável.

The hotel is well located in the center of Tomar. It is great for those coming by train as it is just a few minutes from the train station. The staff is attentive. Breakfast is delicious. It has a good variety but could serve for example apple juice. I recommend stopping by the terrace at the end of the day to watch the sunset and dusk with the castle in the background. Too bad they don't have a spa or massage service.

The city's routine and confusion is a little bit out of the city's rhythm. We found a place of peace and tranquility with a unique decoration and a unique decoration. The STAF is incredible, with a wonderful sympathy and attention. There is no doubt a place to return and recommend.

Hotel agradável, com ótimo atendimento... instalações impecáveis e quarto muito espaçoso. De salientar o cuidado em colocar recipientes para os clientes fazerem reciclagem, bravo por isso!. Um ponto negativo foi não ter fruta laminada ao pequeno almoço, tinha apenas fruta inteira. Apesar disso, recomendo!. Obrigada.

Really good. The front desk sister was very polite, because we were passengers from China and did not feel discriminated against in getting along with the hotel. The environment is very neat and tidy,

The location is right next to the Fatima Cathedral, so after opening the door each time the staff and the staff enter, it is easy to return. The parking lot is right in front of the front door, so it is very convenient to carry luggage and the facilities are also very good.

As instalações, a localização e pequeno-almoço são optimos. Aconteceu algo desagradável, que no quarto ao lado de madrugada chegou um hospede embriagado, que estava hospedado no quarto imediatamente ao lado e querendo entrar no seu próprio quarto bateu com toda a força que tinha na porta, acordando todos os hospedes à sua volta de sobressalto e falando alto durante cerca de 2h. Isto fez com que entre as 3h e as 5h da manhã fosse completamente impossível dormir, acabando por estragar toda a restante noite de descanso. Quem estava na receção tentou ajudar, perante as chamadas a solicitar ajuda, no entanto, não resolveu nem evitou o sucedido...ofereceram um café como compensação, depois de termos acabado de tomar o pequeno almoço e que tínhamos pago para tal! Percebo que para o hotel não é fácil evitar estas situações, no entanto deviam ter-se mostrado mais compreensivos para com quem ficou sem dormir, por motivos completamente alheios!
