I highly recommend Hamilton Apartments and Suites. The welcome was excellent, especially thanks to Ms. Doha, who is very kind, professional, helpful, smiling, and always attentive. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, a pleasant living room, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. All at a very reasonable price. The property is newly renovated, clean, and respectful, making it ideal for families. A very good experience, I would happily return.
I stayed at this hotel for one night after a very long 21-hour flight. When I arrived, the receptionist was helpful and welcoming. He told me I could call anytime if I needed assistance, which I appreciated.
However, the phone in my room was not working. Unfortunately, this became a problem the next morning. When I woke up and went out for an early walk—since it was my first time in Casablanca—I opened my door and stepped directly onto a flooded hallway. I was staying on the second floor and had no idea there was water outside. As a result, my socks and winter slippers got completely wet.
I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was still not functioning. I then went downstairs to inform the staff, but there was no one at the front desk at that time.
When I first arrived, I was impressed by how the room looked. However, I noticed that there were no bathroom slippers or hotel slippers provided, which was uncomfortable, especially since it is winter.
On a positive note, the hotel is located in a convenient area with nearby cafés and restaurants, which is a plus.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but better maintenance, working in-room communication, front desk availability, and basic amenities would greatly improve the guest experience.
Nice choice for a traveller. Location couldn't be better: 5 minutes walking to the Hassan II mosque and the ocean. Although located on a busy street, no noise from outside reaches the room. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped (we also asked for an iron at the reception and got it in a few minutes), maybe it's not brand new and shiny but it is worth the money. Breakfast is OK but some extra fruits or yogurt would be a nice addition. The hotel has its own underground parking for no extra fee, the entrance is from the side street, not from the boulevard. Staff are friendly and helpful.
I had a great stay in this hotel. What immediately fell was the beautiful service – really carefully chosen and it gave an extra special atmosphere to the space. Also the location is splendid and really contributes to the whole experience.
But what made my stay really unforgettable was the hospitality of the owner, Lala Keltoum, who is awfully careful, friendly and doing everything to make you feel welcome. Her personal attention and warmth make this hotel really unique.
Lala Keltoum, very much thank you for your great hospitality, the fine atmosphere and the beautiful details such as the served. I will certainly come back here again!
The hotel is located on the coast line and very nice choice for 1-2 nights stands. The suits are equipped with kitchenette and laundry machine. The breakfast is standard nothing specious. Recommended to stay
The front desk person was warm. The facilities were mediocre.
The room I stayed in was spacious and like a one-room apartment. There was a sofa bed and ample space. The ordinary but good thing is that there is a kitchenette with an oven, a sink, a small pot, and a bowl where you can buy food from nearby shops and supermarkets to make food. The distance from the city center was about 3km (red taxi fare 8MAD) from the CTM bus stop. There is an advantage that families can cook and eat their favorite food.
A very beautiful hotel, and you're a brother Tarik who helps the guests in anything to please them. Thank you, and thank you all the staff in the hotel.
The room was beautiful and the pool very nice. The breakfast was good but we asked for an omelet 2 times and they gave us a very wet fried egg and after that a very wet scrambled egg, which we did not enjoy at all but the breakfast had enough other options so it was fine.
The room was clean but the bathroom shower floor could be a bit more clean. The room had a stove and quite a big fridge with a small freezer. There was a microwave and water cooker.
The location is good but the only downside is that you have to walk around a very long wall, even when there’s a short way to get from the hotel to the beach but you can not use it because it’s from a residence and you will get denied from going in. This is very annoying and time consuming. They should arrange something with the residence

IIsmailThe room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park.
What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered.
Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.

GGuest UserWe stayed here with our family and had a very pleasant experience. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were cosy and comfortable.
The staff were caring and attentive. There is a washing machine, an iron, spacious wardrobes, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Everything was great — we would definitely recommend this place.
GGuest UserI highly recommend this flat . Both the service and amenities deserve the 5/5 rating. The service was always prompt and polite, and the facilities were clearly high-quality and spotless. It truly exceeded my expectations and made for an excellent stay.

AAnonymous UserExcellent hotel, level of cleanliness, location, service, welcome, air conditioning. Everything was great! I strongly recommend it to you with your eyes closed
