It's a self check in hostel but the check in procedure is easy to understand after reading carefully the email upon booking confirmation. Our room is bunk beds type with private toilet and bathroom, the water pressure is awesome. The overall cleanliness is great. There are a lot paid parking areas nearby, I believe the nearest opposite one is the cheapest. So sad that we didn't manage to find any cutlery in the common area that we couldn't have our hot cup noodles. Deodorize spray is provided and air purifier humidifier is also provided in the room. It's a plus plus plus that the charging ports are everywhere near the each bed.

The staff are not knowledgeable on 3rd party ski hire or ski school. We returned the equipment 1 day earlier and the staff said ok and asked if we are fine with 50% refund. We said yes. The next day they said they never said this.....no English, and don't ask questions, they will not be able to answer. They are well mannered and kind, just no direction and very messy. Bus schedule is also confusing, staff are not clear and busses don't often come without calling and reminding. They say it is due to weather condition, but it wasn't. You need to book set menu dinners at their one and only restaurant, 3 days in advance. We missed the Christmas set dinner, and even though on the phone to reserve the table, we asked for set menu, they didn't decline and they didn't say we needed 3 day advance notice. So we went and ordered small alacarte meals. Small dishes but were absolutely delicious. Hot Spring facility is excellent. Rooms are clean and the layout is fantastic. They have a washing machine that dries as well. Bring your own laundry detergent But I must give 100% credit to them as we left our bag at the lobby and they arranged to send it to Tokyo for us and called the receiving hotel as well,.

The room on the first night was very good, and I didn't want to change rooms. But my order was for a four-person room for the second night (there were only two of us staying), so I had to check out first and then check in to another room. I communicated with the hotel customer service in English on Ctrip, and the response was very fast. But I was notified that I had to check out at 10 o'clock and check in to the new room at 4 pm. During the day, we went to Lake Toya and took a boat around the lake. There was an island in the lake, surrounded by snow-capped mountains, especially Mount Yotei, which was very beautiful. I also went to the Volcano Science Museum and watched the film commentary, which detailed the scenes before and after the two volcanic eruptions of Mount Usu in 1977 and 2000, the changes in the surface and the formation of hot springs (earphones were sent with Chinese explanations). It was 17:30 when I returned to the hotel, and I opened the email to check the new room number and door code. I was shocked after opening the door! The room is really big. There is a bedroom with two 1.5-meter beds (see Figure 2, we didn't use this room), and a room connected to the living room, which also has two 1.5-meter beds. Although the room is big, it is very warm and not cold at all, thanks to the powerful heater (see the last second picture). There are two large windows in the living room. In the morning, the sun shines directly on the bed and the dining table. Eating breakfast in the sun makes me feel sunny. The kitchen utensils are very new and more complete than the twin room last night. There are rice cookers and coffee machines. The dining table is very long and can accommodate 6 people. The smart toilet is also very warm. I really want to stay here and not leave. Before leaving, I would like to give the hotel three small suggestions: 1. The washbasin is low in height and needs to bend over to use it. The washbasin mirror is very mini and very high. When I stand on tiptoe when combing my hair, I can't see it (see Figure 8). 2. The bathroom is a bathtub. Can a shower base be added to the wall in front of the bathtub? Because we are all used to taking showers (see Figure 12). 3. The fully automatic washing machine is very good, but I couldn't find any detergent. I bought some detergent at 7-11 (see Figures 9 and 11) and washed a few pairs of fleece pants. The room temperature was high, and the clothes were all dry in the morning, which was great for us who still had to travel for more than ten days. When checking out, you can leave by flipping the sign on the door. With our luggage, we walked five minutes to the station and rushed to our next stop - Hakodate. Goodbye!

Checking in was cumbersome as it required video conferencing, lacking the human touch. The room was well-equipped but too tight for four people, with no separation between the kitchen and hall. However, it was clean, and the large screen smart TV was a bonus. The hotel is a long walk from the train station with no nearby shops or restaurants. Security is a concern as there were no staff or passersby around. However, for those seeking an escape from city life, it could be a suitable choice.

Location is good - (1) 2 minutes walk from Hirafu Intersection bus stop (2) slightly below 2 minutes to Momiji stop which is one of Hirafu free shuttle bus stop which you can conveniently travel around the area. Room was spacious, cleanliness was tip top and provided with all necessary amenities. Their welcome gift really surprised us. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Shuttle service to the nearest train station was also available. Overall, we did enjoyed our stay 😊

I chose this guesthouse for its proximity to the train station and great value for the money, and I'm so glad I did! Even though it's a bit far from Sapporo city, the short 2-minute walk to the train station made getting around a breeze. The unit had everything I needed, including a washing machine and cooking essentials, which really made my stay comfortable. I definitely plan to book this guesthouse again for my next winter trip!

It belongs to a kind of guesthouse. It is fully self-service from check-in to check-out. There are two buildings back to back, so pay attention to whether you are booking _1 or _2. There are two tablets at the door. It is much easier to log in to the information in the connection sent to you by the hotel in advance. If not, it does not matter, it just takes time. * The room number and password are only displayed once, it is best to make a record * Put the garbage into the foyer (referring to the house) before 9:30 every morning. Some people will take it away, but only in the foyer. They won't come in if you haven't gone out yet. * During the stay, the room is cleaned by yourself. The vacuum cleaner and mop are complete. * Induction cooker and small plates and cups * With washing machine * Toiletries are available, but if the number of days you live in is not enough, you can go to a convenience store to buy a set of dental appliances. If you do n’t bring your own towels, you can continue to use them after washing, and you will be charged for replacement. ~ very close to Sapporo Station, 5 minutes walk ~ picante soup curry recommended by the hotel is really great ~ There is ESTA to the right of Sapporo Station (South), and there are many ramen restaurants in the Ramen Republic on the 10th floor.

Inside, it feels like a forest cabin The boss is very enthusiastic. Although he can't speak Chinese, there are staff who can speak English to introduce the facilities. The boss lives in the next room. After checking out, he just packs up his luggage and knocks on his door to see if anything is missing. fully equipped JR took the bus and got off the bus and walked a few hundred meters. Bathroom is a bit small When you live in the upper bunk, you should pay attention to the head when you get confused. Overall, I feel that the various decoration details are very delicate Very happy and enjoy the stay

The facilities were more well equipped than I expected. Home appliances included TV, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, instant water heater, hair dryer, standing mirror, hanger and mug. Disposable chopsticks, paper cups, and paper plates were also prepared separately. There were dishwasher, sponge, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, and body soap, which was very helpful. I don't care about the smell in the room, and I'm grateful that I can reduce my luggage as much as possible. Also, if you come to Hokkaido, I definitely want to use it ‼︎
