Stayed for 3 nights. On entering the room there was a notable smell. Tried putting water down the sink, shower and bath drains and flushing wc but smell was still there when we returned to the room later. Advised reception who recorded but no action taken that night. Advised reception again before leaving the hotel in the morning. Nothing was done while we were out all day. On return after checking room went back to reception and they gave me a bottle of disinfectant and a deodorant spray which I had to use and return to them. The smell soon came back.

首先！攜程上的地址不太對！！！這個酒店前台和公寓在兩個地方！！！一定先去前台才能去公寓，距離大約幾百米。我晚上11點到的，先到的公寓，廢了半天勁才找到酒店大堂的樓，還多虧了公寓對面冰淇凌店的小哥親自送我去。人太好了！

L’emplacement de l’appart’hôtel est idéal : juste à côté de la gare SNCF, à proximité des commodités et dans une rue animée avec plusieurs restaurants. La chambre est bien équipée, propre et correctement isolée.
Seul bémol : une odeur d’égout perceptible dès l’entrée dans la chambre, peut-être un problème ponctuel lié à celle que j’ai occupée.

I stayed in a very spacious room—true to its description, it’s an apartment setup, so you can cook if you’d like (I didn’t bother; the city’s food scene is way too tempting!). The staff were incredibly helpful, and everything about my stay was just amazing. The area around the hotel is wonderfully quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep.
One thing to note: it’s about a 25-minute walk to the city center, but I actually enjoyed it—perfect for stretching my legs and soaking in the sights. If you love exploring on foot like I do, it’s a bonus!

Otelden merkeze otobüs yada tramvay yok taksi 40euro. Alt kat odalara bahçeden uçan sinekler giriyor üst katlar daha iyi.Klima yok soğutucu bi şey var ama güzel görünmüyordu, kullanmadık. Yeşillik sessiz bir ortamı var. Resepsiyon çok da yardımcı değil ama kalınabilir bir otel.

It was a nice hotel with a good location, friendly staff and the rooms are great as there’s a kitchen with a fridge and cutlery but only down side is no AC or Fan so when there’s hot weather and no wind it very stuffy hard to sleep at night

The room is nice and very convenient, but there is no 24-hour front desk. Friends who arrive at night can directly open the safe with the key. If you cannot check in smoothly, you can directly contact Ctrip customer service

FfterraboI had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Le Mans, France. The location is very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket and a boulangerie just within 200 meters, making it easy to grab groceries and fresh bread. One of the best features was the air conditioning—it was already on when we entered the loft, which was very welcoming, especially on warm days.
The apartment is nicely arranged, with a dishwasher and provided towels adding to the comfort. I also appreciated the local recommendations, especially for food and gastronomy, which enhanced my experience of the area.
However, there were a few minor shortcomings. There was only one fork available, the shower gel supply was insufficient, and a mop was missing, which would have been helpful for cleaning. Additionally, the aroma liquid that was supposed to be in the jar was missing.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with just a few small details that could be improved.

AAnonymous UserExcellent. Friendly welcome. Parking. Pet-friendly. Surprisingly delicious breakfast. Close to the town center and the highway. Comfortable (large) bed. Unfortunately, no air conditioning, but there was a fan. Definitely needed in August. I wasn't impressed with the pillows, and a shelf in the bathroom would be nice for storage. Highly recommended.
