I’m really not sure how to review this one night stay. The room itself once we finally got in, was decent. Good shower, very comfy bed, good location, good parking. However, we turned up just before 6pm and we got into our room around 8.15pm. During the middle part of this, we got very wet trying to get a reply from the ‘hotel’ buzzer, spent a lot of money on phone calls to the ‘owner/manager’ and thought a lot about where else we could stay overnight because we were clearly not going to get into the hotel we had booked. It was a complete mess. No response from the buzzer and no response from the 2 phone numbers we were given. Having made 20+ calls, we eventually got a call back with lots of (quite complex) instructions on how to get our key, where the room was located (different location) and - specifically because I asked how to get through the gate of the new location - an explanation as to how to actually get into the car park entrance to our room. This really isn’t what you want for a one night stay when you’ve driven 300 miles that day. Breakfast is not a buffet - as advertised when we booked - but a few random bits in your room. I have no idea if these are changed for the next guest. Trip.com couldn’t or wouldn’t help - I’m really not sure - and the owner was not contactable. I’ve had no apology since. The explanation we were given as we stood outside in the rain was that the person ‘had been in a meeting’. They may need to review their reception processes. The reason I’m not giving this a one-star review is because the person who finally rang us to tell us what to do, was lovely and the room was pretty good (air con needed, but otherwise a good room).

Whether it is a business meeting or sightseeing tour, the transportation is very convenient, nearby subway stations and bus lines are numerous, easy to reach the city. **🛌 Comfortable and modern rooms** The rooms are spacious and bright, simple and practical in design, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The sound insulation is excellent and the noise is completely free even on the street. High-speed Wi-Fi is stable and smooth, and the desk and ample sockets provide great convenience for business people. **👔 Professional and efficient service** The front desk staff is warm and friendly, English communication is barrier-free, and the check-in and check-out process is fast. The hotel also provides luggage storage and 24-hour front desk service, which is very friendly to guests who arrive early or check out late. Special thanks to the front desk for their thoughtful help to make my trip more smooth! **🍳 Rich and delicious breakfast** The breakfast buffet is varied from freshly baked croissants, local cheeses, cold cuts to fruit, yogurt and hot meals. Coffee is fragrant and full of energy for a day's work or exploration. **💼 Perfect business facilities** The hotel has a fully equipped meeting room for small business meetings. The lobby lounge area is quiet and comfortable for temporary office or meeting guests. **🏆 Super cost-effective** Compared to hotels of the same level in Lille, the price is very reasonable, the service and quality are not discounted, and it is definitely an ideal choice for business and leisure travelers! Next time I come to Lille, I will definitely stay again. Highly recommended for all travelers looking for comfort and convenience!

Located in the centre of Lille, very close to the main sights and Tourist Information Centre and metro station.  The room was a good size, with a decent kitchenette and large fridge, and a nice sized shower cubicle in the bathroom.  There were plenty of cupboards, and little touches like lots of hanging space in the bathroom and fold out rack to dry small things.  We stayed for 3 nights and not having daily room service did not pose a problem, there was a hoover and iron in the room.  The reception staff were friendly, they have a little board with recommended eating places, local shops etc.  We didn't eat in the hotel as there were plenty of places nearby, and the supermarket is only a few minutes' walk from the hotel.  Altogether a comfy stay in a most convenient location at a very reasonable price.  

Parking was for free with plenty of space on the opposite side of the street right next to the park. The location was easy to find. Second door at the street. I love the convenience with the door codes via Mail. Made sure our check-in was quick, since we arrived after 12 am and we were really tired haha. The apartment is very clean and spacious, bed was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but it made a solid impression. The bathroom was great too and it has a rain shower head. The only downside was that the WiFi code didn't work. This probably just affected our room but still was an inconvenience.

Overall a good experience except the guests living on top of us are quite noisy. But we don't hear anything from other neighbors. Thus, we don't think it's the soundproof issue, most probably is just the guests above is extremely inconsiderate of others. The room is as described, the bed is quite comfy. The neighborhood is quite nice and calm. Location a little bit far from the centre but can easy reach by tram nearby. If you enjoy walking, about 30 mins walk you could reach most places. To Euralille train station is about 15 mins walks. We recommend it.

We travelled as a group to attend seminars in the Lille Catholic University. However only one room available, we decided to give the room to our old German nun. When she checked out she left her Taïwanaise passport, granted by Taiwan Government for her contributions. Thanks to the hotel services, cooperation with the LC University, we finally get the passport back through express delivery. Amazing!

Good 3-star hotel with friendly staff. Stayed for 1 night. The room was quite clean, comfortable, with a large and bright bathroom, white clean towels. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Good sound insulation and presence of sockets, good lighting. I liked the presence of a small kitchen, which is very convenient. The breakfast was hearty and varied. I liked everything.

It's very close to the train station. The suite I chose is also very good. Maybe it's just because it's an apartment. I stayed there for two weeks, but the hygiene was not cleaned every day. Maybe it's a French habit. But I was disappointed with the bed. The big bed I chose was just two single beds put together, and there was an obvious seam in the middle. You can imagine how comfortable it is. I stayed there for 12 days, and my waist was uncomfortable. Other things are still very good.

The welcome was adequate, nothing more! The apartment was very nice. New, but already some things were missing, and they were charged if not mentioned. The breakfast wasn't good quality, especially the drinks, and they didn't replenish them. I made a request and was met with a dismissive sigh, as if I was bothering them. Furthermore, I was charged twice. I'm waiting for a refund. They're just starting out, but for this level of service, you'd expect a much higher standard. The staff is probably poorly trained... Very limited parking. Book well in advance, and be aware that the spaces aren't suitable for SUVs.

We are very disappointed with this hotel. The woman at the reception asked us to throw out the trash before leaving, otherwise she wouldn't give us back our deposit. No hotel asks that. Cleaning the room and emptying the trash is the maid's job.
