Book this hotel because we had a train at 6am and it was next to the station. We had an issue because we booked for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids). But at the hotel, they says we only booked for 2 adults and they asked us to pay additionnal fee for extra people. The issue was between the booking platform and the hotel. I don't know how but somehow the commnication between them was incorrect. And it was to the customer to pay again because of the mistake between them. And the hotel was telling us that we were cheating, trying to go with 4 people and paying for 2 which was wrong.

The hotel is a bit far from the train station but it’s not too far. The room is very big and quiet,with a view of the sea!thats very nice! The reception is nice! The elevator was broken and he helped us to carry the luggage. All the room have a kitchen and all the kitchen stuff with refrigerators! That’s so convenient for me to reheat the food and cut the fruit!

Excellent hotel, ideally located, close to the tunnel under the Manche, and Calais, very comfortable, spacious rooms, the hotel is very pleasant, because very comfortable, we feel right right there! The spa and swimming pool are superb, well-kept, light rooms. personally with small customer care, breakfast is royal, buffet, very garned, well-chemished, salty or sugared, The hotel is a hotel that is very nice and very nice and very nice.

Vraiment rien à dire, chambre impeccable, le personnels adorable, vraiment au top, je reviendrai avec plaisirs. Le petit plus c'est d'être situé à 10 minutes du stade pierre mauroy

The hotel is perfect for 4 people and it also allows for fast food. Se trouve à la frontière belge très proche de l'autoroute, donc attention peu servie par les transports en commun ( besoin d'une voiture ) The swimming pool was not seasonal. Fresh orange juice machine breakfast ... damage.

Hotel is very beautiful. Great amd cozy spa area and great gym. Also there is a tea room to relax. Service at the bar at day time was poor ( I've been 2h sitting, and not even one servant came to me. Restaurant food is delicious except last meal we had ,had to ask to cook Omar 2 times as it came half raw instead of grilled.Nice place for a weekend

Perfect service, very enthusiastic and attentive staff, the location of the hotel is only a few tens of meters away from the Chantilly castle and the horses. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was great. The bar is also very good. Regarding breakfast, there are many choices, but maybe it lacks fresh pastries (the pastries provided don't seem to be the case).

Young team. Very attentive and hardworking. Visually nice location, but a bit far from the city. Walls are somewhat thin, so you can clearly hear your neighbors. Still a recommended hotel.

On est très déçu de cette hôtel. La femme a l'accueil elle nous a demandé de jeter les poubelles avant de partir, sinon elle nous rend pas la caution. Aucun hôtel demande ça. Nettoyer la chambre vider les poubelles c'est le travaille de la femme de chambre.
