Place is old, and somewhat outdated, and u do hear the traffic from the freeway. But, for the cost for the night, which was $120, overall, it was good value for money. When I first arrived, as it was after hours, I dealt with the caretaker, who was friendly, and also helped me get into my room, cos I was having trouble with the door lock, which was my fault! I didn't use the kitchen facilities, except the fridge, but kitchen was equipped with enough items to be able to cook a meal easily. Bathroom was good, with shower over bath, (and big size bath too), so with not having a bath at home, I soaked for ages! I was informed before arrival, that only mini soap and toilet paper was provided, so I knew to bring body wash, hair conditioner, and other toiletries. Bed was comfy, and bedroom is quite large. TV maybe a little small, but the room had a couple of cupboards, and some hangers for clothes. Place was fairly clean, keeping in mind that it is an older property. Check out was easy, and I was met by a friendly receptionist behind the desk. I would definately stay again, if the price was as good, I'd just bring some earplugs for sleep, cos of traffic noise, which is no fault of the apartments of course!

Perth Two-Bedroom Executive Suite | Spacious & Comfortable, Excellent View, Thoughtful Service
My stay in the two-bedroom executive suite in Perth city center was extremely satisfying overall!
Spacious Rooms: The suite was very large, featuring a master suite, a separate bedroom, and a guest toilet, offering excellent privacy. The living room connected to a large balcony, overlooking Perth waterfront, providing an excellent view.
Well-Equipped Kitchen: The full kitchen came with an induction cooktop (heats up incredibly fast) and an oven (very useful). The kitchenware and bathroom were both very clean. The only minor drawback was a bit of rust on the dishwasher, but it didn't affect its use.
Parking and Transportation: The hotel parking is $35 per day with unlimited in-and-out access, which is very convenient. Do note that there aren't many drop-off spots at the entrance, so you might have to wait a bit during peak hours. The location is superb, within walking distance to the Mint and the pier.
Thoughtful Service: During our stay, there was a long-distance running event that caused road closures. The hotel staff was very accommodating, allowing us to return the parking key after the event concluded, which saved us a lot of hassle.
Conclusion: This is an apartment that excels in space, view, amenities, and service. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!
Was upgraded to the beach house when we arrived, was very grateful and surprised, the lady who booked us in on the day, would like thank you especially after we went to the visitor centre before hand was told by them that the tour we wanted to go on, we couldn't, she helped us with it and we got to go on it, thanks for all the help, you are amazing, thanks.

We stayed in a long stay studio. Was good I think it had been renovated before. Just the room looks a bit dark as it painted in black. They have a good restaurant in the lobby so make sure you try it as it also filled with people.
We chose this hotel for our first night on our northern self-driving trip through Western Australia during Chinese New Year. The main reason was the garage, which was super convenient and secure. The entire property also had an extra security gate, which made us feel very safe. We booked a three-bedroom unit, which was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen was great for heating up food, though you couldn't actually cook in it. Overall, it was a good stay, especially considering the limited accommodation options along the northern route. I'd definitely recommend it.

Staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues during my stay. There was a mix-up with my booking at check-in, as I was initially given the wrong bed type, though this was resolved. Once I was in the room, the door couldn't close properly due to a loose hinge, and I had to call reception to fix it. While the team responded quickly, these issues made the stay less smooth than expected.

My second time stay. I like the neighbourhood and public parking available across the lake. Plus the Cat yellow bus is just 3 mins walk. I got a bigger room this time. It’s a service apartment with small kitchen and amenities like washing machine but the condition of the appliances are well used. The bed was huge and comfy enough. Overall it was a decent and comfortable stay
I had a great experience staying here before, so I booked again. This time, I arrived at the hotel late at night after a tiring flight. The front desk initially said they couldn't find my reservation. After searching for half an hour, they said they found it but claimed I had already checked in. I told them I was right there and hadn't checked in yet. They then spent another twenty minutes verifying. During all this, I contacted Trip.com customer service, who were very responsive and helpful; an agent quickly reached out to the hotel. However, the hotel staff were incredibly slow and inefficient. The whole check-in process took nearly an hour. It was a stark contrast to my previous, much better experience.
Furthermore, on my last stay, they provided a full set of disposable amenities, but this time, there weren't even disposable slippers. I was just too tired in the middle of the night to bother looking for another hotel.
Honestly, this service experience was really disappointing. The environment is actually good, and the location is right next to UWA. Getting to the city takes about ten minutes by taxi.
Kudos to Trip.com's customer service; they were efficient even late at night and had an excellent attitude in resolving the issue!
Great hotel with an excellent location and very friendly staff. They cleaned the room almost every day. Being able to cook for ourselves was a huge plus, saving money and allowing us to eat what we prefer! All the pots, pans, and utensils were there, and the fridge was big enough. I even brought my own chopsticks. The lake view outside the hotel is absolutely stunning! My only complaint is that occasionally, cars would loudly roar by on the road at night and wake me up.
Picked this location for the nearby scenic visits (lake cave, mammoth cave, surfer point etc). Stayed in room 106 (2 bedrooms apartment),a block behind the reception block, the wifi signal kept dropping out. Feedbacks but without much help. Recommended that you’ve own huge datas. One of the rooms facing the mountain view is colder than the other, having heater in the living room doesnt help at all. Bed firmness is weak so sharing couple may not have the good rest. Comes with washer and dryer, great for longer stay.

GGuest UserIf you stay consecutively, you need to clean the room. You must go to the front desk to remind the hotel to clean the room and replenish the supplies in the room, otherwise the hotel will not clean the room for guests staying consecutively. However, the hotel environment is still good.

GgeorginaxoxoThe room is a bit old, but the location is truly central, with Dior, LV, and Chanel right downstairs. The bedding is quite clean, and the room size is decent, with a sofa, dining table, and kitchen, making it very suitable for tourists. It's also budget-friendly and offers great value for money. Across the road, there's a Coles supermarket, plenty of eateries nearby, and a 7-Eleven. Northbridge is also very close.
The only downside is that the city center gets quite noisy at night, with drunken people on the bar street. For safety, it's best not to go out at night.
An Uber to the airport takes about 30 minutes.

AasfizinieI really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. I arrived in Perth beyond the normal check in time, but getting the key at night was easy as i have informed my late check in, in advance. The next day must go to the convenience store to make the deposit and get the parking permit and pay for parking. lron, washer dryer provided. Cleaning only once a week but can get top up for tea, coffee and toilet paper at the convenience store. Highly recommended place to stay and value for money. However, the one single bed in apartment 21 was not that comfy. Other than that, the stay was great.
YYee11Stayed at Quest South Perth Foreshore during my Perth trip and truly enjoyed the experience. The location is excellent — right beside the beautiful foreshore with a direct ferry connection to Perth City. Taking the ferry across was convenient, scenic, and a fun way to get into the city.
The apartment itself was clean, modern and very comfortable. I loved that the room came with a washing machine, which was super useful during travel. And for those booking a Studio (without an in-room machine), don’t worry — the hotel provides a free laundry room with washer and dryer on a first-come-first-served basis.
Facilities were great too. The 24/7 gym access made it easy to get a quick workout anytime, and the hotel even has bicycles you can borrow to explore the neighbourhood — a really nice touch.
If you’re driving, there are secure parking lots available at the property (chargeable per night), which adds convenience and peace of mind.
Overall, a well-located, comfortable and thoughtful stay — highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone who prefers a quieter, scenic base just minutes from Perth City. 🌅🚲🏙️
GGuest UserBooked this for another family and just as the other room, it is pretty self sufficient.
Some things I noticed while checking out that would definitely make a family/group trip bearable - a dinner table to host your meals, a dishwasher so the cleaning chores is halfway there and a big coffee presser.
Plus a loft upstairs so heaps of space to move around.
