Just came back from our second visit this year. We really like the tranquillity of this adults only and the staff are brilliant, Gokhan,Nazan, Murat,Ismail,and Bige all incredible and made our holiday and us feel so special. And others too met so many who were repeat guests and it's the staff who keep us wanting to go back. I agree it might not be everyone's favourite if you want lively and loud and it was quieter than May as the season and hotel closing at end of October. Good was good quality, we found and you don't have to rush,as some do !! As they refill as soon as the turrins empty, maybe some think food is repetative, but does anyone at home have a differant meal every two weeks?? Chefs are great both ends and the main grill cooks everything in front of you. The cleaners were fewer than in May but still kept the place clean and the maids would clean your room every day and leave towel animals and petals on the bed. We have been to so many all inclusive, but this one is the only one we have returned and booked again for next year as it feels like visiting family from different parts of the world. We felt welcomed by all the repeat guests we met in May and know they have also booked again. Language is not a problem as with translation apps can bridge the gap and make you understand, we also find that the European guests can speak good English and we had fun with many from differant countries. Keep the current staff and we know we'll have a great holiday again next year.

I booked the hotel myself, without tour operators, it was very inexpensive. I asked people who came from Anex Tour, the room was three times more expensive, even taking into account the most expensive tickets. For this money, I really liked it, food almost all day long, everything is delicious, tea, coffee, fanta, sprite, cola, wine, beer. Lots of sweets for dinner. It's funny to read reviews from people who have never been anywhere, have nothing to compare with, and are not satisfied, the whitewash has flown off, towels are not changed every day, and other nonsense. Come on people, you paid three kopecks for food all day long. Go to Rixos, for 60 thousand a day and you will have 5 types of meat, and beautiful apartments, smiles from the staff, towels changed every day, a hammam, etc. I extended my stay at this hotel several times. Thank you for the vacation.

Отдыхали в сентябре 2022, семейное бунгало, 4 человека. Далее по порядку. Хозяин говорит по-русски, долгое время жил в россии, поэтому проблем с коммуникацией не было. Очень отзывчивый и все время помогал. Прилетали в аэропорт, откуда нам был организован трансфер прямо до отеля. Самостоятельно добираться можно на машине, общественным транспортом, пожалуй, будет слишком долго и трудно. Долмуш (местный автобус) ездит только от деревни до трассы, а на трассе нужно будет ловить что-то ещё. Хозяин встретил, провел до бунгало, рассчитывались с ним за проживание только через день, так что про вопросы оплаты сразу голова забита не была. Территория состоит из нескольких бунгало и внутреннего дворика с гамаками, шезлонгами и столиками. Тропинки между бунгало и кухней выложены мраморной плиткой и приподняты над землёй. На каждом бунгало есть веранда со столом и стульями. Для детей установлены шалаши и мини-бассейны. У входа на территорию стоит кухня и терасса, где подают завтраки и ужины. Завтрак включен в стоимость, ужин за отдельную плату. На завтрак подают омлет или вареное яйцо (на выбор), овощной салат, оливки, батон, джем, масло, сыр, чай/кофе или соки (наливать самостоятельно). Чай в течение дня можно налить себе бесплатно, остальные напитки за отдельную плату. Ужин нужно заказывать до 3 часов этого же дня, время ужина любое. Ужин в основном простой, какие-то более-менее сытные блюда нужно брать за отдельную плату. Стоит попробовать, прежде чем ходить в рестораны в центре. Бунгало стоят близко, но поставлены так, чтобы друг другу не мешать. Окна спален выходят или на зелень или на другое бунгало, во внутренний двор окон почти нет. В каждом бунгало есть кондиционер или два. Кондиционеры чистые, работают хорошо. Постельное бельё, полотенца, туалетную бумагу и принадлежности меняют только по запросу, уборка также делается по запросу. Бунгало закрываются на ключ с брелком, который включает электричество - без ключа в бунгало электричества нет. Бунгало изнутри отделаны доской, на полу также доска. В ванной комнате на полу плитка. Душевая кабина новая, работает отлично. Горячая вода подогревается через солнечные коллекторы, поэтому после захода солнца горячую воду надо будет подождать. Уличного душа нет. Возле входа в бунгало есть кран с водой для того, чтобы помыть ноги. На веранде растянуты веревки для просушки белья. Ночью почти ничего не сохнет - в сентябре по ночам была высокая влажность. По территории отеля бродят курицы из соседнего хозяйства, бродячие коты, ёжики и черепахи. Комаров практически нет, но есть кусучие мухи, хоть их и не много. Ночью на территории стоит мертвая тишина. Первые звуки начинаются с восходом солнца от ближайших петухов. Иногда под окнами копается курица в сухих листьях, иногда бродит черепаха. В остальном же, отлично высыпаешься. В бунгало были: холодильник с маленькой морозильной камерой, чайник, пластиковый стакан для чая, полотенце банное и обычное, подушки и постельное белье, декоративные подушки, два кондици

Very small number, the balcony is purely symbolic, but there was a veranda downstairs with tea (not always sure, but was). Drinking water with interruptions. Number of plates is limited. Noise isolation. At night everything is heard. Water hot went normally. Conderer worked. Beddings are as well as in all of Turkey - purely sheets and pled from above. It is on the central street - not in the season of noise from the street. To the sea is close. To the bus station too.

We have been to Turkey 7 times and have always enjoyed our stay at the various hotels we have chosen. This was our second time staying at the Mirada Del Mar along with my wife's sister and husband. My wife's sister makes all the arrangements for both her and her husband and ours through her travel agent in St. Petersburg Russia. Hotels, flights, and airport transfers are all paid months in advance. We checked in on the early evening of October 14th. The two young women at the check-in counter asked for our passports and when we presented our United States passports, we were informed that because we were checking in with U.S. Passports and not Russian passports there would be extra charges that needed to be paid. This was supposedly due to currency exchange rates between Russian and United States currency. This did not happen last year when we checked in so we instantly knew something was wrong. Without that prior knowledge, we would have just paid the charges not knowing they were not necessary. My wife pointed out that she has both U.S. and Russian passports but only brought our U.S. passports on this trip. The woman said she needed to produce a Russian Passport or we would have to pay the extra charges. We were fortunate enough to be able to contact her sister's travel agent in St. Petersburg, after work hours, who sent us a digital image of my wife's passport. The women reluctantly accepted this as proof, but said it was only temporary. They said they would check with their supervisors the next morning. We never heard anything else from anyone so we believed everything was fine, and it was. When my wife's sister contacted the travel agent, the agent became quite agitated. She stated that the two women had no good reason to even bring up this matter, that there were no extra charges required, and the women should have known better. She expressed her disappointment with Mirada Del Mar at that moment. This should never have happened. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mirada. I have very finicky eating habits but I was always able to enjoy a very good meal at each of the 3 mealtimes. At breakfast time I got to know Kahn, I hope that is the correct spelling of his name. He was working at the beverage bar and after the second day, he recognized me and knew that I would be asking for 2 glasses of orange juice which I did 2 times each morning. I had the same results over at the fried egg station. I like scrambled eggs. After ordering them for two days, the gentleman there recognized me and I didn't even have to ask him for the rest of our stay for my 4 scrambled eggs. He just knew. The women at the guest services desk were able to quickly and very pleasantly handle any internet problems we were having on our various devices and were a delight to work with. Absolutely amazing holiday, the staff were incredible, rooms were out of this world (stayed in the villas), food was to die for (theme changes every night), pool was great never too busy and always enough room to go for a swim. I’m writing this mainly because of how we were treated by the staff. I came to this hotel with a broken ankle so going from the villa to the pool or beach was quite strenuous on crutches but the bell boy mehmet kindly gave me his number so that I could message him if I needed a lift anywhere in the buggy at any time and he was there. This was such a life saver and I will always be thankful for how helpful he was. My grandmother is also 88 so she had the same problem and he we always there for my grandma as well. The lunch at the sunset bar on the beach was incredible every time with a wood burning oven for the pizza which was crazy! The main man taking orders called Momin always had a smile on his face and was always so lovely to everyone that went there, he even remembered that I ordered a chocolate milkshake everytime to the point I didn’t have to ask for it anymore!:) the lady at the be amazing bar called Merve Was also one of the best waitnresses I have a ever had. She was always so kind and happy and became a good friend by the end of the holiday. Finally I wanted to say about Dilan on the entertainment team. She was always so friendly and funny and became a very good friend of our family, so much so she sat with our family for evening meals some nights! She was so good a her job but also a really nice caring girl. My grandmother had a little fall while we were at the hotel which was very stressful for her and for us but dilan always took time out of her day to sit and talk to her.
