I heard that the White House has not been open to the public since 9/11. When we went there, we could only watch it from a distance outside the fence, so the White House became a boring landmark. We took a tourist check-in photo to end our visit.
There is a big pine tree on the south side of the White House. I didn’t expect it to be a "landmark" as well, the "National Christmas Tree"... Well, it seems that we should choose to visit during Christmas.

⌚️ Time: 8:30-16:30, Monday-Saturday Capitol Hall appointment visit is free, but the number of daily visits is limited, it is best to make an appointment in advance, we are 9:30 in the morning, they will give you a white stick on the clothes (see picture 1, the mother's chest is white, Green is the Library of Congress). There is only one time period that is Mandarin interpretation. I thought it was Chinese. The result was a foreign sister. I was quite surprised. I thought she could speak Chinese. The result was that she said English to us and translated it into Mandarin with translation software! Can't they find an American Chinese to serve? But what should be the matter, the young lady has a very good attitude, and she took the initiative to take a photo with us! The Capitol is a must-check stop for Washington. The whole building is also very magnificent and distinctive. The pearl-white marble building is a three-story dome towering in the center of the three-story flat-top building. The sculpture at the top of the Capitol is the free woman sleeve god, the Capitol Library. It is also suitable for punching in together, and most museums in Washington are free to the public.

[Cost-effective] 24 hours free opening, although we went to 6 o'clock, but winter ❄️ dark early. But the momentum is still the same. But how do you feel that Taipei's Zhongzheng Memorial Hall and Lincoln Memorial Hall are so similar! [View] Needless to say, the atmosphere is magnificent! Facing the Washington Monument! At this time, I suddenly remembered that Chairman Mao's poem "Jiangshan so many beautiful, attracted countless heroes to fold!

Between Capitol Hill and the Washington Monument, there is a long and narrow green space, which is the National Mall of the United States. There are many national museums and memorials around the square. Each venue is very interesting and you can spend half a day visiting a single place.
If you don't have enough time, it's also good to take pictures. These buildings have different shapes, and taking pictures and checking in are very photogenic.
Washington Monument

Washington DC monument is one of the landmark buildings in Washington DC... It was built to commemorate the first president of the United States, George Washington. This stone monument was once the tallest building in the world... Today, it is still the tallest stone obelisk in the world...
