Yantai Muping Museum (Zhengfu Street)

The Muping District Museum of Yantai City was established in December 2002, and is mainly responsible for the protection of field cultural relics, cultural relics census, archaeological excavations, protection and management of museum cultural relics, exhibitions, local historical research and other work. The Muping District Museum has more than 3,000 specimens (sets) of cultural relics in its collection, especially with revolutionary cultural relics, prehistoric cultural relics and knife and coin collections, and there are 4 revolutionary cultural relics at the national level, several revolutionary cultural relics at the second and third levels, and more than 60 historical cultural relics at or above the third level.
