Beautiful square
This is a beautiful square in front of the Residenz. It offers a lot of space and boasts a very beautiful fountain with the statue of Franconia and Tilman Riemenschneider.
Wide area in front o Bishops Residence
This wide area adjacent, and just in front of the Bishop's Residenz is a good starting point for your visit to Wurzburg. There is paid parking. The platz afronts the garden adjoining the residenz too....
Impressive
A vast square in the middle of the city: a very impressive look at the Residenz (which is an absolute must see!).
Car parking
Not a bad view from here, plenty of fine detail, unfortunately the fountain was off limits, but a central spot for visiting the Residenz and Wurzburg itself.
