I appreciate early September may not be the best for birds but all we saw was a cormorant, 2 swans and a robin. The signposting for hides was so misleading. The toilets in the main car park were dir...
Very enjoyable visit to the reserve. Quite busy, car park full but managed to find a spot as someone left. Paths well maintained, as are the hides. Great views of marsh harrier and hobby.
A lovely place to spend an hour or two, or even more. On the day I went all the paths were pretty dry so, given the ground is level, it made for easy walking. There are simply loads of birds to hear...

Enjoyable visit
Very enjoyable visit to the reserve. Quite busy, car park full but managed to find a spot as someone left. Paths well maintained, as are the hides. Great views of marsh harrier and hobby.
