Originally, it was a building of the old inspection office and was built in 1945. There is a toilet facing the main street, and the meeting place is the back of the building. I thought it was a tourist information center, so I visited, but there was no person in charge. It was past 3:00 pm on holidays, but I got the impression that the entire Shiotatsu was not very open to tourists, such as the early end of the tour of the Nishioka family house until 3:00 pm.
