Unfortunately the caste is only open on weekends, as the family actually live there. But the surroundings are very nice and the cafe is worth to visit with homemade cakes (you can get the recipe).
You can choose to just walk in the beautiful park around the castle or you can both visit the castle (guided tours) and have a walk and a coffea in the park.

Nice spot for a days excursion

We have breakfast at the lake's edge: a very sympathetic welcome, dishes made home and delicious, and a sun terrace with beautiful view of the lake.
