Attica Zoological Park

Attica Zoo, built in 2000 in Athens, the Greek capital, covers an area of 50 hectares and has about 300 animals, a total of 2,200, and is a private zoo. Jean Jacques Lesour from France is the founder and director of the zoo. Since the outbreak in Greece, Attica Zoo has been closed intermittently for several months. The temporary closure is very difficult for a private zoo that mainly relies on ticket revenue to support its operation. I hope that the epidemic will be eliminated soon and the world will be at peace!

The zoo is always fun, especially children like it.

Not a regular Zoo. I think with the exception of Sumatran Tigers all the animals had so much space. In many areas animals have interjoined or huge mixed enclosures. I generally avoid zoo's as I usually leave them upset about animal welfare, but this was not the case at Attica Zooological park.
