National Archeology Museum

[View] Awesome historical relics definitely worth a visit. There are amazing historical relics such as mosaics, sculptures and murals, which are amazing. I stayed there for about 3 hours as there was so much to visit. I have been to Pompeii and it is great to see the authentic artifacts here.

A huge museum with a big collectiona of ancient stuff and many other things for those who love history

The collection is rich and it is obvious that Bulgaria is influenced by Greek culture and nomadic culture. The treasure of the town hall is the relief of the "Rider", the only early medieval sculpture in Europe.

The archaeological museum is a mosque that is a mosque where the history of Thrace and the Romans can be seen, and there is a bust of King Thrace unearthed in 2004 with eyes made of ivory!

Founded in 1893, it is a long-standing and large-scale museum.
