According to folklore, in ancient times, Tianma fell on a rock here and stepped on a hoof print. The monastery was named after it. There are many Burmese osmanthus trees in the monastery, which exude a pleasant fragrance.

Yuantong Temple, Kunming's oldest and largest monastery, Wu Sangui built the Octagonal Water-Shuiyu Guanyin Temple is the most unique, Xiaocheng Buddhist style bronze Buddha Temple is interesting, the "Naxia screen" under the sunset glow is dazzling. After winter, the back hillside has gradually become a colored leaf forest, which is particularly beautiful against the blue sky and white clouds. Yuantong Temple is located in the center of the city, and it is not too far to walk to attractions such as Cuihu.

#4 of Best Things to Do in Dali
Temples
M31***25
The three pagodas were very shocking. Although they were unable to visit them carefully because of heavy rain throughout the day, they still felt worthwhile. But there are three points that I still want to complain about: 1: Chongsheng Temple was destroyed by war in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is now newly built and only 20 years old. The scale is large, and the distance is indeed magnificent and magnificent. But many architectural details, including the Buddha statues of the gods, are slightly rough and reveal a sense of cheapness. And the commercialization is serious, like a film and television base. 2: The round-trip electric car also includes a tour guide explanation. The guide sister's explanation at the beginning was still very serious, but it was a pity that it began to taste when it arrived in front of the three towers. Before introducing a few words, suddenly the front began to brainwash everyone how to make too old, if you want to keep peace should buy wind bells for yourself to pray for yourself, talk for ten minutes is all this. Good guy said that if you don't spend this money to eliminate the disaster, I will be in the mold this year. Strong sales flavor. Then I just went to take care of the members who bought the wind bells. The remaining members who were ignored were very confused, and I didn't know if it was disbanded or should have been waiting. In the end, I can only leave 3: The old Bai grandmothers who sell all kinds of things are really a bit too persistent, which is probably a common problem in all the attractions in Dali. Chasing all the way behind, I don't go no matter how I refuse. Chasing all the way to the road from the door, I can't cry and laugh.

Feilai Temple is located halfway up the mountain. Because the mountain is steep, look up from the mountain and climb for about 30 minutes! Looking down from the temple, the deep canyon, the Longchuan River passes through it, and the buildings of the town are scattered on both sides of the river! And very steep!

The grand and magnificent hall of the great majesty, the eight hundred Luohan forms are lifelike, the four kings stand on both sides, and the two sides of the Guanyin great bank are tall. This is the most magnificent and perfect Buddhist monastery I have ever seen. It is really worth the trip.

The caoxi temple has a 42 cm diameter round hole in the caoxi temple. It is rumored that during the spring equinox and autumn equinox seasons of the lunar calendar, the moonlight is penetrated by the round hole when the moon is out, and it can be illuminated in front of the amitabha's chest. The "Anning State Zhi" was repaired in the early Qing Dynasty. The first sight is "every two or eight-wish sunsets (according to the spring equinox and autumn equinoxes before and after February and August 15), the moon is shining on the Buddha's chest, and its circle is like a mirror". The ticket price is 10 yuan and it can be completed in about 2 hours.

There are several temples on the mountain of Heijing Ancient Town, and Xiangshan Temple is also a more famous one. The ancient temple is vicissitudes of old and not as magnificent as the developed areas. There are not many people, but it is quiet and solemn and quiet. You can go up from Hei Niu Square.

Jingdong Confucian Temple is located in the county seat, the Confucian Temple is also known as the Confucian Temple and the Confucius Temple. It was built in Tang Kiln, and was converted to Nancangjing West in the orthodox seven years of the Ming Dynasty (1442). It was moved to Tang Kiln in the 15th year of the Ming Dynasty (1587) and burned down at the end of the Ming Dynasty. In the 17th year of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1660), Xu Shuhong commanded the house of Jingdong County as a temple school, Kangxi moved to Yuping Mountain in 21 years (1682), and then moved to Tang Kiln in 39 years (1700). Qianlong 17 years (1752) relocated Yuping Mountain, Jiaqing 11 years (1806), Daoguang 21 years (1841), Tongzhi first year (1862), the military and the army were destroyed, Tongzhi 13 years (1874), donated money to repair. Jingdong built the Confucian Temple, since the beginning of the construction, has a history of more than 600 years. The existing Jingdong Confucian Temple was established in 1682 and is located in the Yuping Mountains on the west side of the county seat. It has a history of 323 years. It is one of the more complete ancient buildings in southwest Guizhou. Because Jingdong is the most important place in history, the fighting is constantly, the soldiers are in chaos, and several times have been repaired and destroyed. During the Cultural Revolution, it was severely damaged, resulting in the Confucian Temple being old and unrecognized, the houses leaking and the walls tilting. Until after 1978, the people urgently demanded the restoration of the Confucian Temple, which was paid attention by the Party and the government, and was built in October 1983, and was basically completed by the end of 1986. In 1994, the Confucian Temple Dacheng Hall, the right wing room, Tianzitai stone railing board, etc. were improved and repaired. In 1995, the Confucius statue was installed. In April 2004, the Krypton Gate was rebuilt, the central axis road was rebuilt, and the entire Confucian Temple building was repainted. So the Jingdong Temple of Literature overflowed with glory, showing in front of tourists with a new and beautiful attitude, like a finely carved artwork for people to enjoy. The great spirit and personality of the people of all ethnic groups in Jingdong in previous dynasties have preserved the Jingdong Confucian Temple and become a relatively intact Confucian Temple in Yunnan except Jianshui Confucian Temple. In 1986, it was announced by the county people's government as a key cultural relics protection unit at the county level. In 1987, it was announced as a key cultural relics protection unit in Yunnan Province by the provincial people's government; in 2013 it was announced as a key cultural relics protection unit at the national level by the State Council; and in 2004 it was rated as an AA-level tourist attraction by the provincial tourism bureau. The Confucian Temple is the epitome of Jingdong's history and culture. It is mainly vertically built, with a central axial symmetrical step courtyard with a total area of 5292 square meters. It is composed of Zhaobi, Panchi, Surabaya archway, Kuixing Pavilion, Hexagonal Pavilion, Bell and Drum Tower, Krypton Gate, Dacheng Gate, Dacheng Hall and the rooms on both sides. Confucius and 12 Zhe sculptures are furnished. The front view of the river, the back pillow Yuping, the mountains and rivers, the ancient trees are towering, the attic corner pavilion, the bells are four-toned, the simplicity and majesty are very spectacular.
