Yala Xiangbu Snow Mountain is located in Qiongjie County, south of Tibet, at an altitude of 6,647 meters, and its glaciers are hundreds of miles around. It is the source of the Yalong River and one of the birthplaces of the Tibetans. Yala Chambang means "the god of the upper guardian", ranking second among the nine snow-capped mountains in the world, second only to the father of the mountain, Vodgonje. Tibetans living in the Yalong River Basin on the south bank of the Yarlung Zangbo River, earlier relied on the snow water repair canals of Yarlung Chambu Snow Mountain to water farmland, so that the productivity and people's living standards of Yarlung Valley have greatly improved. In order to appreciate the protection of Yarlung Chambu Snow Mountain, The Yarra Champo Snow Mountain is regarded as the high-status mountain in the entire Tubu ruling region.
