The monument is located in the corner of Guanghuamen Square, near Qingxichuan. It is a 40-year celebration of the 26th king of the Korean dynasty, Li Xi. Typical traditional Korean moth building. There is a "road mark" in the corner of the monument, which is the center point of a country.
