"Hachimantai Dragon Eye" where the appearance of melting snow in spring resembles the eyes of a dragon
Original Text
"Kagaminuma" on the Hachimantai Mountaintop promenade. It is said that the appearance of melting snow in spring is similar to the eyes of a dragon, and "Hachimantai Dragon Eye" can be seen from late May to early June. It is a seasonal view that looks like the eyes of a dragon when the snow melts. The mysterious view "Dragon Eye" caused by nature does not necessarily occur at a fixed time every year. Unfortunately, the visibility was narrow and difficult to see in bad weather.
Dragon Eye, where you can only see nature at this time of year, was at a good timing this time. I was blessed with the weather and enjoyed the nature of Hachimantai. You need cold protection equipment.
I finally arrived by detour to the navigation system. There is a charge for parking near the entrance and free at the bottom. I happened to stop at a free place and aim for Dragon Eye. It's about a 10-minute walk and it's relatively close and relieved. I was seen! It's cloudy and a little dirty around, but it's definitely Dragon Eye! I forgot to bring a drone. .. .. I think it would be great if I took a picture with a drone. There is also an information board, so I wonder if you will get lost. Thank you.
