Alexander Nevsky Lavra

The monastery was built (1710) to worship Russian "sage" Alexander • Nevsky (1219-1263), and is still in use today. The yellow-painted building in the center of the monastery is the Troitsa Church. Enter the monastery, on the left is the oldest building of the monastery, the tower church.
