    One of the Main Attractions in Quito

    Take a taxi or an Uber…don’t try to walk there. Outstanding views and very interesting history. Definitely worthy of the time it takes to get up there!

    Worth a visit

    We arrived at night when the statue was closed, but I don’t think I would have gone up anyway. The Virgen is impressive, even taller than the Cristo Redentor in Rio. Plus great views of the city.
