Pyeongchang Mooee Arts Center

The Wuyi Art Museum in Pyeongchang opened in 2001. Four artists are Western painters, calligraphers, sculptors, and potters. In their artistic creation activities, a primary school was renovated and used as a studio, and 280 works were displayed. Later, it was converted into an art museum and opened for viewing. The art museum consists of a studio and a showroom inside the school building and a sculpture exhibition hall on the playground. Visitors can not only appreciate the artist's work, but also get a glimpse of what the artist looked like when he created it. The works created by Western painter Zheng Ranrui with buckwheat as the main theme are especially favored by the audience. The art museum also offers a variety of experience activities, such as pottery experience, printmaking experience, and calligraphy experience.
