Dawan Kenting Beach Park

Kenting Seawater Bath, also known as Dawan, is located on the opposite side of the gate of Kenting Park Archway. It belongs to a section of the coastline of Nanwan. It is under the jurisdiction of the Forestry Bureau. It faces the Bus Strait and faces the Dajianshan Mountains. It is one of the most beautiful seawater baths in Taiwan. The coast stretches over a thousand meters, with fine sand and white water. The sea water is quite clear. The depth of the coast is up to 50 meters. There are no storms, no dangerous reefs. It is suitable for swimming, picking up shellfish and making tides, so it is called "Big Bay".
