Great customer service. Never having visited before was bit lost on what to do and see. Visited the ticket office and got some great advice from Anna Chiara who suggested a city tour and to go to Amal...

A rather poor experience...we took the bus from Vesuvius to Napoli. We did not plan to use the Tramvia bus, but when returning from our trip to the grand cone the bus was there and we asked the driver...
We took a tour in Pompea, included transport, tickets and audio guide. The worst organization has not met yet. Late 20 minutes in the fence, the bus was dusty and it was not very new. Then they took and ...
