It is the oldest existing station building in Japan, and is a Western-style two-story building built in 1897 imitating Shinbashi Station at that time. There are many exhibits in the hall, and it is a spot that railway fans can enjoy very much!
I entered the museum when the closing time was approaching, and it was a rush tour, but I was able to show it freely in a state like a charter without any other guests. I enjoyed sitting in the driver's seat of the exhibited vehicle and taking pictures.

Rail Fanatics Heaven.
A small, but very well set-out museum. Being a steam train enthusiast, we took our time to check-out the exhibits.
Interesting but only in Japanese
The building and the trains inside are very beautiful and interesting. But if you can not read Japanese Language it will be boring.
