Best Spot on Tanegashima
These caves are incredible. Though not particularly extensive, the small network of stone caverns is always a treat at low tide (when not semi-filled with the crashing surf). A must-see for anyone ...
A little after the low tide, I went at the timing of entering the cave. It is a spot where you can see the stratum woven by nature and feel the history of the island. However, in the case of a child, it was like taking a picture so that the child could play a little in the tunnel. Perhaps because of the off-season, the sandy beach was scattered in the back of the cave with garbage flowing from China, which was a little disappointing because the landscape was damaged.
I didn't collect enough information, so I went there at half-time. It seems that it is recommended to go at low tide. It seems that you cannot enter the cave (?) At high tide. I entered the cave, but I don't know if it was full, but I couldn't pass through it. I was a little impressed by the wide sandy beach.
There is a large parking lot nearby and it is convenient. Also, the sandy beach is beautiful and the sand crest is wonderful. I recommend it at low tide, but personally, it is wonderful with a unique landscape even at high tide. Of course, as the name suggests, at low tide, a large sandy beach where 1,000 people can sit appears and it is a superb view. It's worth a visit when you go to Tanegashima!

Maybe it's a little boring for kids.
