City Sightseeing

Bad idea for anyone with time limitations. What appears to be an easy way to see the city, became a nightmare. The ticket sellers told us buses ran every 30 minutes. The bus drivers told us they run every 45 minutes. In reality, it was over an hour between buses and when they arrived, the buses were full and could not take on any more passengers. We were a group of 3, so we had to split up, luckily we were all adults and could do so. We spoke to the ticket sellers about the experience and they simply said “there is nothing I can do”. It’s clear the goal is to sell tickets, not to ensure they keep their promises to the ticket holders. Too many tickets were sold for the two buses running that day. AND per ticket seller, it has happened before, “many times”. In reality, rating this experience with a 1 frown face is too high. UGH!!!
