Don’t bother. Seems like an auto reply when you book/enquire. Believe the business no longer longer exists.
A no show!
We wanted to take the walking tour and already registered the night before - we also got a confirmation, but on that day nobody was at the meeting point. Do no tour for us!

Free but worth paying for
The phrase 'you get what you pay for ' doesn't apply to this free tour. Sofia was a great guide, telling us so very much about the wonderful city of Merida. Take this tour, you'll be glad.
