A day & night view! The Manila Cathedral, officially known as the Minor Basilica and Metropolitan Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, is located in the Intramuros district of Manila, Philippines. It is one of the oldest and most important churches in the country. The cathedral has undergone several rebuilds due to natural disasters and war damage, with the current structure dating back to 1958.The Manila Cathedral holds a significant place in Philippine history and culture. It has been the venue for many important religious and state events, including papal visits and important government functions. The cathedral's architecture is a blend of various styles, including Romanesque, Neo-Romanesque, and Gothic influences, making it a notable landmark in Manila.Inside, the cathedral features beautiful stained glass windows, intricate carvings, and religious artifacts. It is a place of worship, reflection, and pilgrimage for both locals and tourists interested in exploring the country's religious heritage. The cathedral's historical and cultural importance, along with its stunning architecture, makes it a must-visit destination for anyone interested in Philippine history and architecture.

UNESCO World Heritage - Cultural Sites

The St. Augustine Cathedral in Manila, Philippines, consists of two parts: chapel and monastery. The Baroque chapel is the architectural essence of the entire St. Augustine, while the monastery is partly a museum, with a large collection of precious items such as French clothes, the Holy Grail of gold, silver crosses, ivory statues, silk mantles embroidered with gold threads and oil paintings. The focus of this article is on the organ inside the church, which is rare to see. As a world historical and cultural heritage, St. Augustine's Cathedral has also experienced the destruction of war, and many precious collections have been lost in successive wars. After World War II, St. Augustine was rebuilt. The church and the First Abbey restored the appearance of the year, and in 1965, to commemorate 400 years of Catholic transmission in the Philippines, St. Augustine exhibited photographs of hundreds of churches built across the country between the 16th and 19th centuries, which spawned the idea of creating a museum. Since then, St. Augustine has continuously collected various precious cultural relics lost in the wars and displayed in the monastery for public viewing. Today, St. Augustine is not only a church, a monastery, but also a museum that collects many Filipino and Spanish art treasures. It is an important place to display the historical and cultural treasures of the Philippines and is worth visiting. I feel that it is not enough to spend a whole day.

From the outside, the church should be very historical, but the interior decoration has been replaced by modern style, especially the ceiling murals, like general paintings, lack a sense of history. Located in the district of Manila, the church is a rather beautiful church with a full mural on the ceiling and a garden foot square in front of the church.

Manila Wannian Temple was established in 2010. It is one of many Dojos in Foguang Mountain. Dojos adhere to the concept of Nebula Master: "The construction of monastic schools brings the growth of the Fashen and the life of all beings." The design of the Domain is mainly cultural and educational. The ten-story building combines tradition and modernity, simplicity and art. I passed by by chance, but it was too late and the door was closed. After simple communication with the doorman, I was allowed to enter. It was also a fate with Buddha.

This is another must-visit Catholic church in Manila, where you can feel a lot of the history of the deities and statues of former local saints, such as Quiapo. There is a very moving awakening session on faith, hope and charity here on Friday. My dad has been a member of the Holy Body since he was young. This is my second home, next to Quiapo Church. It is also a church that is memorable for my family. I recommend it to everyone.

The church is beautiful. It may be difficult for us to understand the meaning of religious belief, but the sacred mood is different. Nearby travel is also more convenient, indoor visit tickets are not expensive, the surrounding rotation is also quite good feeling.

The Church was founded October 13, 1954 and was opened October 23, 1960. The National Shrine of Saint Jude Thaddeus or Saint Jude Parish is one of three Chinese parishes established by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila in Metro Manila, Philippines. The shrine holds its novena service every Thursday to Saint Jude, whose traditional color is green. The shrine is popular with students and those reviewing for board examinations, as Jude Thaddeus is considered the patron saint of hopeless cases. The shrine is located at J.P. Laurel Street, San Miguel, Manila which is inside the Malacañang Palace Complex. Why is St. Jude Thaddeus important?Jude is the Patron Saint of Hope and impossible causes and one of Jesus' original twelve Apostles. He preached the Gospel with great passion, often in the most difficult circumstances. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, he made profound differences in people's lives as he offered them the Word of God.This church has been one of my favorite place to pray and talk to God. I hope you can also visit the church and say some prayers. Take your trip here whenever you are in Manila.
