This Brownhead village centre is situated not far west of Plymouth, the largest city in south-west England. It should be a farm, to be precise. There are multiple buildings built in the eldest mountain range. The photos below are just a part of it. The 15th century farm belongs to the Richard family, which lived here for hundreds of years from the beginning of the farm, and was ultimately donated to the state because it could not afford the expensive maintenance costs. At the heart of the Brownhead village centre is the restaurant converted from a stable, even if we have seen a lot of strange things in Europe, but sitting in the shed eating, this is the first time!

Rachel, the village administrator at the Brown Hale Village Center, was very helpful and had lots of information about mountain walks and other outdoor activities, which were located near the village of Upper Land. The restaurant has a large selection of fresh local produce ingredients and a large selection of vegetarian options, selected wines and beer.
