The rice straw on the castle site is also a different taste of Kawazu cherry blossoms
Original Text
This year's cherry blossoms are late and still bloom for two minutes. Then, I climbed to the ruins of Kawazu Castle, which the locals often visited when they were children. The view from Shiroyama Park, which climbed between the remaining stone walls and bamboo ridges, was exceptional through the private sector. The last stairs were very tight, but my 6-year-old grandson was Swiss. It was near the station and I enjoyed climbing in about 30 minutes.
1 I visited in the month. Since it was winter, the surrounding scenery was very good. However, the view is good, so if you visit when Kawazu Sakura blooms, you can see a very beautiful view.
It is located on a hill at the middle point of Kawazu Station and Kawazu Sakura Tree. 2 It will be a highlight of cherry blossoms from mid-Medium, so it's a good idea to stop by here as well. It is said that the castle was built by Mochiuji Ashikaga's seventh son, who took over Mr. Inzan, who ruled Kawazu. There seems to be no evidence of that.
It was written on the guide map that "you can see the row of cherry blossom trees in about 25 minutes from Kawazu station", so I started climbing with a light feeling, but at the end, I climbed the stairs of about 170 steps at once on a slope that was more steep than I expected. Is the row of cherry blossom trees Izu Oshima from the well-maintained observatory? It was a view overlooking the sea and the island!
I came to Izu, so I stopped by. I didn't stay long because of the weather, but even if the weather is nice, it may not be a recommended spot unless it is summer.
