Awaawapuhi Trail is a famous hiking trail on the lovely island, known for its magnificent scenery and charming scenery. This trail is about3.1 miles (5 kilometers) long one way, and takes about 5 hours to travel, with beautiful views of the Waimea Canyon and Na Pali coastline. The trails are challenging and require a certain amount of physical strength and endurance. Starting from Kokee State Park, you can cross the dense jungle and cliffs and eventually reach a magnificent cliff overlooking the entire canyon and coastline. If you are a traveler who likes hiking and adventure, Awaawapuhi Trail is a challenge. Although it was sunny when we came, it was still very muddy along the way, and it often skied, which greatly slowed the hike, so it is really not recommended to come on rainy days. After walking back, I found that my shoes were beaten by mud. The end of the trail is a cliff, so be sure to pay attention to safety when taking pictures. If you want to continue along the narrow sides of the cliff ridge, you must do your best under the premise of ensuring safety. It is recommended to calculate it according to 5～ 6 hours to go back to the departure point before dark. We had to play a little bit to make the return trip halfway to sunset and dark and then walked for almost an hour in the dark jungle, which was still a bit scary.
