I headed to Jofukuji Temple (Akaitake Yakushi), but it's a pretty slope. I'm happy with the rear 34 Ｔ. I went up with high cadence. Akaidake is 605m above sea level, and is one of the three mountains of Iwaki along with Mt. Futsuya and Mt. Yuno. Yakushido at Crystal Mountain Jofukuji Temple is surrounded by hundreds of years old cedar and cypress forests on the hillside on the east side of Mt. Akai. 赤井岳にありかなり山道を登っていきます｡ 駐車場は広いです｡ いつ行ってもほとんど人が居ません｡ 穴場的です｡ 8月31日、9月1日には夏大祭「柴燈大護摩」が執り行われ、修験者（山伏）による火渡り神事が行われます お気に入りの場所の一つです｡

眺望が良い

わたしは、毎年初詣でここを訪れます。初詣時は大変込み合いますが、長い石段を登ると市内のすばらしい眺望が望めます。
