One of the wild scenic spots on Hachijo Island
Original Text
I think it is one of the wild scenic spots on Hachijojima. A superb view of the waterfall that falls from a fairly high place. There were many gecko in the waterfall basin.
It is located in the back of Iwonuma. I was taken by a guide as a set with a pot hall. On the way, you will pass through a swampy place, so it is recommended to wear shoes that can get wet. It was December, but when I go around 2:00 pm ― 3:00 pm, if it's sunny, the waterfall will be sunny and I can see the rainbow, so it's recommended to go at this time. The best time seems to vary depending on the season, so you can enjoy it if you have a guide.
i'll enter from the front of tomijiro isesaki store.

It was about 1 time to walk from the front of Isesaki tomijiro store. After passing the forest road, there are places where my feet are bad, but I enjoyed walking because of the feeling of a petite jungle (we recommend wearing waterproof mountaineering shoes). As with Iwonuma on the way, it was nice to see the waterfall.
It is recommended to go to the parking lot listed in the guide by mini car. On the way, I arrived at Karataki while stopping by Iwonuma. It is said to be the tallest waterfall on the island.
It is a little further up from Iwonuma. It's better to wear solid shoes because your feet are dangerous, but I highly recommend it. Is it a scratch around the waterfall falling? Is beautiful.

I recommend going in the afternoon.

It's worth climbing.
