    Good use of flood lands

    As others mentioned, was built after the floods. This park is inside the levees that were built. Miles of paved trails, and you can connect to the Red River State Recreational Area on MN side to make ...

    Lovely park

    Great park to have a gathering, take a stroll or run. There were several groups enjoying the covered areas when we visited so its a popular place.
