Unusual looking mosque
This mosque is painted in white near the southern part of the fort of Galle. From the looks you will not say that this is a Mosque probably more to a Christian church.
This is a very pleasant looking building opposite the lighthouse. It is well worth having a look at as you walk along the fortifications of the old fort.
If you time your visit well, the end of call to prayers is concluded with a beautiful vocal, which is audible from the street. The melody is haunting & really quite moving.

Part of the overall Galle experience
On the path around Galle. You will not miss it as it is nicely refreshed. Makes a nice fit to the colonial buildings in the nearby streets.
