Baidi City, located on the north bank of the East Yangtze River in Fengjie City, is an ancient building built on a mountain forest. Baidi City was originally named Yangcheng. Baidi City is a river island. There is a Baidi Temple on the island, which is dedicated to Liu Bei, Zhuge Liang and other three country figures, and there are some monuments. The Anmen Observation Deck on the island can see the real scene on the back of 10 yuan. You can take a boat to the opposite bank and you can contact the Qiantang Gorge up close. It is also the location of the film until the red leaves of the mountain are full. You can also climb to the top of the Three Gorges. The scenic spot is not big and the tickets are a bit expensive.
Revisit this attraction in Li Bai's verse, although the Three Gorges Dam has changed after the water storage. Less steep rapids, more clear water, Baidi Temple in the Baidi City, and the middle of the Yangtze River Anmen Water are still spectacular.
Baidi City is fun, beautiful scenery and rich cultural landscape. But not big, an hour of sightseeing is enough. The ferry runs for half an hour, and the opposite person feels nothing. The museum is very small. It is enough to add Guangong Temple for 20 minutes. Probably 10 minutes for children to feed the monkeys. From here, you can climb the top of the Three Gorges on the mountain, and the normal physical strength of 4 hours is enough. Note that the return ferry is the last at 5:30, otherwise you must consider buying a ticket 46 (Ctrip bought, including a landscape car) from the Three Gorges Mountain Scenic Area. Going out also should consider the problem of taking a taxi. Self-driving consider taking a taxi back to the Baidi City parking lot. So if you want to climb the top of the Three Gorges, you must go early, go early, it is worth climbing up to overlook the panoramic view. I took the children to climb more than a third, passing by a few observation decks, the child can't climb, so I will return to drive for half an hour to the top of the Three Gorges, so that you can almost overlook the green mountains and green waters without climbing. The parking lot of the scenic spot is very large, that is, the main road to the scenic spot is too narrow, and there are a lot of cars parked, and the traffic is blocked, but it is understandable that there are many people and cars during the Chinese New Year.
Originally planned to enter the main Fengjie County before going to Baidi City to play, but in the afternoon, I went to Fengjie and went directly to the scenic spot (I bought tickets on the road). Baidi City and Qiantang Gorge Scenic Area are related. After entering the scenic spot, the staff reminded that you can take the last cruise ship to visit Qiantang Gorge at 3:30 on the day, so I went directly to the cruise ship terminal and boarded the boat for forty minutes. After returning to Qiantang Gorge, I returned to climb the mountain to visit Baidi City. Looking back at the Qiantang Gorge feels great! A great travel experience!
