    Picturesque tower

    Not sure it this site it's always open, but I think it is a fabulous view over Erice if the weather is clear. We had rain, so we did not consider going up :(

    stairways to a great view!

    it is like climbing 4 flights of stairs. Unless you have severe health issues, it should be manageable. so, don't be put off. the views are not spectacular but it gives you a perspective of Erice you ...

    A cardiac experience - but worth it

    110 steps, over half in a tight turnpike stair. You get two breather stops on the way befor you teach the top for some excellent views. Shame about the radio/phone towers.
