Birrarung Marr

Birrarung Marr means "river bank" or "small river" in the language of the Wirrungeri people who lived in the Melbourne area before the whites settled. Birrarung Marr is located on the north bank of the Yarra River, close to Union Square. You can walk a long way along the river bank. The park is used for festive activities from time to time, especially in summer when the river water cools the air at night.

Bilalon Mar (Birrarung Marr) is heading east towards MCG on the Yarra River. Some great photography opportunities are waiting for the Melbourne skyline. Another thing not to be missed is the 39 tracks of the Federation Bells (Federation Bell), which start at 8am, 12.30pm and 5pm, sitting down and enjoying the sound of beautiful Melbourne.

Mar Park is a street garden in downtown Melbourne, built along the Yala River. There is a large Ferris wheel, and many local people are queuing up to ride. There's also a colorful Animal Statue (I can't see what it looks like, it's kind of like a deer). It is popular with local people and a good place for leisure and recreation.

It's also fun to go for a walk, take oxygen and relax, and bring food for a picnic.
