Beautiful palace! Historic landmark! I have visited this palace during my one week trip to Nha Trang and Dalat. Recommended!

They have free guides to explain its history, just register at the table near the entrance of Baoda Summer Palace. There are many architects in the house. Although built from 1933 to 1938, everything looks great. The gardens here are beautiful. If you want to know about the last emperors of Vietnam, come here. It’s a nice place to escape the busy city for a few hours and visit the palace and beautiful gardens. We had lunch there (fair price) and coffee. It is a tourist style with Vietnamese and French atmosphere. The house is like a normal villa with many old photos. Tickets only cost VND 40,000.

The Baoda Summer Palace is located in the north of Dagu City and is a well-known landmark of Dagu. A garden villa full of French style, light yellow two-story building. Although the area is small, the environment is beautiful. Flowers are blooming and green around.

The entrance fee is not expensive. If you have a chance, try to visit.

Originally, I planned to go to Valentine's Valley first. When it rained, I went to Baoda No. 3 Summer Palace which I visited indoors. The palace, built in 1922, was the last summer resort of the Vietnamese emperor Baoda. Baoda studied in France and returned to Vietnam as emperor in 1932, when Vietnam was a French colony and the emperor made puppets. After World War II, Emperor Baoda was forced to abdicate by the interim revolutionary government led by Ho Chi Minh, then fled to Hong Kong and finally settled in France. This is a villa designed by the French. Most of the furniture on display is original. Emperor Baoda was the thirteenth emperor of Nguyen Dynasty and the last emperor of Vietnam. Emperor Baoda was educated in France and married Ruan Youlan, a civilian woman, who later became Queen Nanfang. Ruan Youlan studied in France as a child and was a Catholic. Her beauty and talent were once internationally renowned. Is it like Song Meiling? Visitors are required to put on their shoes. Besides, when it rains outside, it really respects history. When visiting, I was curious about the water supply system at that time. It was on the second floor of the villa at a relatively high altitude on the mountain. How did it supply water to the water tank? Outdoor is actually a big garden, you can also turn around for a while, it's still raining, let alone. Baoda's eldest wife went to France and lived there for a long time. So this palace is the residence of Baoda and his wife and children.
