Perfect little theatre for any kind of performance
Our seats were on the main floor to the right of the stage about 3/4 back. Great views and acoustics. The venue is small and the seats are raked well so you could sit anywhere. Parking is convenient across the street in paid garage; adjacent to the theatre is the Great Southern Hotel with a lovely lobby and nice bar/restaurant.

Great Theatre - Compact Size Humans Only in Balcony
Overall the theatre is very nice, but as others have pointed out, the first balcony is painfully small. I had never been to a theatre where the seat sizes varied that much. I'm 6'2" so I'm used to being a little cramped - sat in the balcony and had to have my legs spread all the way apart and even then my feet couldn't go flat on the floor. Had some killer leg and foot cramps after sitting like that for 90 minutes. Another review mentioned that you shouldn't sit there if you're over 5'5" and they're not kidding. Avoid that part of the theatre at any cost unless you're a compact human. Besides that, the theatre was a great venue.
