How is this the number 3 thing to do? Civitanova is a small seaside town with limited attractions but this is not a 'thing to do'. I understand this was a run down abandoned exhibition centre blocking...

Removing the buildings of the old fair was an intuition to follow the rationality of a complete project. Flooring, lights etc. , you can do more ...
