Europe is beautiful, with a deep historical heritage, and each small country has its own flavor. The one I can't forget is passing through Slovenia from Croatia on my way to Hungary; Slovenia is just too beautiful, completely unexpected. However, if you travel around the former Yugoslavia region, you'll find that people are tall and slender, which is particularly suitable for sports. In Slovenia, people usually visit the capital Ljubljana and Lake Bled. The capital is small, but as pretty as a toy city, very exquisite. Because of the many dragon sculptures, it is also known as the 'City of Dragons', suitable for a two-day, one-night stay. From the bus station, take a coach to Lake Bled, just over an hour, and as soon as you get off the bus, your eyes are in paradise, that kind of beauty is truly captivating, afraid to miss every detail. The winter Bled Lake is even more profound and clear, and the castle 🏰 shines even more brilliantly. This is the beauty of all seasons, the beauty of winter. The scenery of Lake Bled in Slovenia has a sense of a paradise on earth. Lake Bled is located at the southern foot of the Alps in the northwest of Slovenia, where the melting snow from the top continuously flows into the lake, hence the name 'Ice Lake'. Taking a man-made boat to the island in the heart of the lake with a church, under the blue sky and white clouds, surrounded by green waves and snowy mountains, it feels like being in another world. In the afternoon, we visited the second largest karst cave in Europe -- Postojna Cave.

Lake Bled is located about 55 kilometers from Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. Croatia and Slovenia were both part of the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. After the dissolution of Yugoslavia, these two small countries emerged, lying very close to each other. At 1 p.m., the plane left Dubrovnik for the Croatian capital of Zagreb. After a 45-minute flight, I immediately took the airport bus to the Zagreb long-distance bus station, then took a Flixbus to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, a journey of over 100 kilometers and more than two hours. After reaching Ljubljana, it took another hour by bus to reach today's destination, Lake Bled. This was the most circuitous part of the trip, and by the time I arrived at the Lake Bled guesthouse, it was already 8 p.m. It wasn't completely dark yet, and upon seeing the long-admired Lake Bled, I was instantly re-energized without a trace of fatigue. Lake Bled claims to be the most beautiful glacial lake, elegant and noble, with crystal-clear waters like a mirror, lush green forests, a dreamlike church on the islet, and a castle standing on the lakeside hill. Such a perfect picture could only come from the hand of God. No wonder the former president of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Tito, set his summer palace by the lake, as seen in picture 5, the white summer palace.
