Loved the Ones We Saw
I had planned on going to the historical museum to get a map, but their open hours didn’t work for when we were there. So we rode around looking a little bit. Cute town with lovely huge statues.
The street sculptures is actually very nice. The sculptures are impressive and clearly describe the history of Artesia emphasizing aspects such as education, oil, and cattle, It is free.
We stumbled on this by accident as we were driving through town. Saw the sculptures and decided to stop and see what it was about. Found out that there are throughout the town in different spots.
Only by accident did we come across the information of street sculptures in Artesia. They were so good that we would go out of our way to see them and advise you to do the same. There are numerous c...

Not much else to do in Artesia, but the sculptures are super cool and visit the visit to Artesia. They are located throughout the city.
