　After leaving the center of Aomori City, we climbed a pleasant road toward the ropeway platform in Hakkoda. When the ropeway platform approached, we passed the Komono Kogen. I parked my car in the parking lot where there are buildings like drive-in and walked around. There is a birch forest on the meadow. And beyond that, I could see the mountains of Hakkoda. It was a plateau with very beautiful greenery.

I stopped by on the way to Sukayu Onsen. You can see Mt. Hakkoda. The contrast between the birch and the autumn leaves was beautifully healed.

懐かしい風景

何度かここを通っています。この景観はどこかで見たことがあるなあ、といつも思います。大体は阿蘇の草原と山、というようなイメージと重なるのでしょう。箱根にも似ているかもしれません。秋の紅葉とススキの頃もよいでしょうね。

青森市内から約３０分ほどで行ける自然満喫スポット。天気の良い日は八甲田山がとても美しく、四季を通じて景色が楽しめます。
