Seeing is believing. The tour guide will give a brief explanation. For cultural sites like this, without a guide, you're just looking at clay figurines. With a guide, you can truly appreciate the charm of the culture. It's definitely worth a visit; the wisdom and technology of the ancients are truly breathtaking.
This was my second trip to Xi'an. Although I bought a ticket, I didn't go to the Terracotta Army; I only went to the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor to pay my respects to this great emperor. He etched the concept of "unity" into the blood of the Chinese people.

I stayed at a guesthouse near the scenic area the night before, and entered the park just in time for it to open the next morning. The weather was sunny, and it was truly beautiful. I walked the entire way and leisurely finished exploring around noon. It's definitely worth a visit.
How can you come to Luoyang and not visit the Longmen Grottoes? We were fortunate enough to meet Xiao Jiang, a guide from Elephant Travel. It was a wonderful meeting! His explanations were vivid and engaging, bringing the otherwise dry historical knowledge and cold Buddha statues and grottoes to life, making the experience incredibly enriching. He even helped us take photos and chose the best spots to avoid the crowds. We were all extremely satisfied! 👍

The Xi'an City Wall is truly awe-inspiring; only by being there in person can one truly appreciate its historical grandeur. The entire route is quite long, approximately ten kilometers. After walking for a short while, I rented a bicycle to cycle around the wall. I stopped frequently along the way, and it took about an hour and a half to cycle. I went in the morning, and next time I'd like to see the city wall at sunset or at night.
The Xi'an City Wall is so full of historical charm! 🏯 Strolling along the wall offers a wide view, with the Bell Tower and modern architecture creating a picturesque scene. ✨ Walking with friends, taking photos along the way, the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. 📸 The Orange Tunnel is bustling with people, full of energy! 🔥 A perfect experience, highly recommended! 💕💕

Worth it🤩🤩. Amazing performance, traditional choreography, wonderful melody . A mix of Modern and classic . A must see show . #memories, #Broadway Chinese version
Definitely worth a visit! The spectacle is spectacular! The moment the entire mountain lit up, the entire audience erupted in cheers. Sitting outdoors in winter can be quite cold, so remember to dress warmly. But the performance is absolutely amazing and definitely worth seeing!

As the Yellow River bursts out of the Jin-Shaanxi Grand Canyon, its powerful momentum is halted at Hukou Waterfall. The immense force washes over the cliffs on both sides, like thunder, like the sound of pine trees, like a roar, shaking people's hearts. Looking down at Hukou Waterfall, one is awestruck by the magnificent sight of Mother Nature.
Only by experiencing Hukou Waterfall in person can one truly appreciate the awe-inspiring power of the Yellow River's roar! The surging, turbid waves plunge into the deep pool like a thousand horses, their thunderous roar echoing through the sky, while the spray brings a refreshing coolness. A rainbow arches against the backdrop of the raging torrents, creating a breathtakingly beautiful scene. The scenic area's viewing platforms are well-designed, offering multiple angles to appreciate the waterfall's majestic grandeur. This is a baptism of nature's power, a direct display of national spirit—an unforgettable experience!

Drive to the parking lot at the lower station of the Yunjing Cableway, take two cable car rides up the mountain, then mostly enjoy the views of the Ten-Mile Painting Screen from the flat terrain, finally reaching the Golden Summit Taoist temple complex, and then take two more cable car rides down the mountain. The whole trip takes less than 3 hours and isn't tiring. The scenery is decent, but I didn't see any clouds or the protective array around the mountain.
Laojun Mountain, located in Luanchuan County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, is the main peak of the Funiu Mountains. Legend has it that it was the place where Laozi, the founder of Taoism, retreated and cultivated himself. It is now a national 5A-level scenic area. It boasts beautiful scenery in all four seasons, each with its own unique characteristics. Spring: Wildflowers bloom in profusion, and streams begin to thaw; Summer: A summer resort with over 90% green coverage; Autumn: Red leaves blanket the mountains, creating a breathtaking tapestry of colors (best viewed in October); Winter: Frost and ice formations create a fairyland-like atmosphere (December-February).

Xi'an Citywalk | A Time Machine After a Carb-Filled Walk As dusk settled, I emerged from the Yongningmen subway station and looked up—wow! The golden roof of the Bell Tower was bathed in the glow of the sunset, looking like amber—absolutely stunning! This old building, dating back to the Ming Dynasty, is now gently embraced by glass curtain walls and a sunken plaza, both ancient and modern. In the Line 5 transfer passage, a Ming Dynasty ceremonial guard is "walking" on an AR wall, with vermilion palace lanterns and neon signs lighting up together, surprisingly harmoniously. On the basement level, the food market is filled with the irresistible aroma of biangbiang noodles with chili oil. Next door, at Shaanxi Shisan, young people are queuing up to try the fermented rice flavored ice cream—it's all so novel! On the third-floor observation deck, donning VR glasses, the morning bell and evening drum of the Bell Tower and the drone show at Yongning Gate "fold" before your eyes. A blogger in Hanfu walks past under the eaves, the sounds of wind chimes and helicopters mingling in the wind—it's incredibly captivating! This is the Bell Tower as seen through my eyes—unpretentious and unpretentious, seamlessly blending old traditions with modern life, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the aroma of food and the interplay of light and shadow, experiencing Chang'an firsthand. #AncientTowerNewFashion #CarbsAndCyber #SixHundredYearsInAGlance
Great and a must see. It wasn’t very easy finding the entrance as the tower access is underground, but it’s a must see when you’re in Xi’An! Be prepared as it does get VERY crowded!

It was a very average experience. Without seeing the performances, the ticket price didn't seem worth it, but the performances cost extra, resulting in low attendance and a lack of vibrancy. The overall experience wasn't great, and they need to adjust their operational strategy. The only redeeming quality was that it was suitable for taking photos in traditional Chinese costumes because there were fewer people.
It's best to go in around dusk; it doesn't look as beautiful during the day as it does at night with the lights on. Standing on the Ziyun Tower, you can watch the sunset and see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. During the off-season, it's less crowded, making for great photos. In the evenings, there are many people taking Hanfu (traditional Han clothing) photoshoots. The overall environment is nice, and there are restrooms everywhere, making it a great place for a family trip. There's very little information about the performances and events within the park; there's only a map at the entrance, which means we didn't see many performances. We heard announcements, but we didn't know where they were. Aside from that, everything else is quite nice.

The best time to go is in the morning, when the light is best. If you go in the afternoon, the weather needs to be good enough. Inside the magnificent main hall, which uses 14 kilograms of gold, I spent over an hour looking up repeatedly. My neck pain is almost cured! Aside from the main hall, the rest of the hall isn't particularly impressive. A slight drawback is that the security guards kept reminding everyone to leave quickly, which is understandable given the sheer number of people. I imagine there will be fewer people in winter when it's cold, allowing for a quieter contemplation and communion with the thousand Buddhas across time. Once you're there, you'll know it was worth the trip; it's truly breathtaking. Absolutely breathtaking. Absolutely breathtaking.
It was incredibly impressive and awe-inspiring. Experiencing 600 years of history, interacting with the ancients, and having a unique experience is truly remarkable. It's definitely worth bringing children to see. It's very crowded, but it's absolutely worth the visit!

Generally speaking, the main waterfall is best viewed from the west side of Hukou Waterfall, offering a more direct and beautiful view. On the Shaanxi side, there are steps leading down from a height halfway down the waterfall, which also provides a good vantage point for photos. The shuttle bus takes 15 minutes one way, but departures are infrequent due to the off-season. When I visited in early December, there were fewer visitors and lower water levels, so the Yellow River wasn't yellow. Some sections of the riverbank were frozen.
The room was very clean, with three bedrooms that can accommodate many people. It was fully equipped, and you could cook your own meals. The lovely landlady provided a parking space right outside the door. The welcome fruit provided by the landlady was homegrown, and my child loved it. Overall, I was very satisfied.
