The scenery is undeniably beautiful, especially in autumn – it's absolutely stunning. However, you need to choose your route carefully. The park shuttle is convenient, and there's accommodation on the mountain. If you're not in a rush, it's best to spend two days there.
Arxan in autumn is absolutely gorgeous! A word of warning: if you're short on time, definitely avoid the Heavenly Lake and Earthly Lake route. Heavenly Lake has many stairs, which can be tiring, and the viewing platform isn't very high, so you can't see the beautiful colors from above; it just looks like an ordinary pond. Plus, it's incredibly crowded. The same goes for Earthly Lake. I highly recommend visiting Camel Ridge Heavenly Lake and Rhododendron Lake instead. They're truly stunning, spacious, and not crowded at all. Skipping them would be a waste of your ticket price. You can choose to visit other places depending on your time. I'll save the photos of Earthly Lake and Heavenly Lake for last!
My autumn trip lasted a month, experiencing Xinjiang, the Greater Khingan Mountains, and Western Sichuan. It's clear that the best autumn scenery is found in Xinjiang and Northeast China. The golden leaves are shimmering and sparkling. The colorful leaves in Western Sichuan are filtered and appear duller in reality. For autumn scenery, Xinjiang and Northeast China are the top choices!

During the National Day holiday in 2024, I went to Arxan in Daxing'anling, Inner Mongolia to enjoy the autumn. The Arxan Port, which borders Outer Mongolia, is also one of the attractions to visit. Just across the line is the former Chinese homeland, and I can't help but feel infinite emotion. The Chinese people must continue to work hard to ensure that the historical shame of the victorious country in World War II becoming the only country to lose nearly 1.6 million square kilometers of territory will never happen again!
It is a very worthwhile place to visit. Three days before the National Day, I took my two-year-old son to experience the greatness of the motherland! Standing in front of the national gate, looking up at the five-star red flag fluttering in the wind, a sense of pride arises in my heart. No matter where we are, we have a great motherland!

I originally planned to visit Arxan when I came to Xing'an League, but it seemed like the best season had passed. Many yellow leaves had already fallen, and the distant view was beautiful, but the close-up view was rather abrupt.
Having already visited Genghis Khan's Mausoleum in Ordos, I decided to visit the Genghis Khan Temple during my visit to Ulanhot. It's said that the Genghis Khan Temple is the highest point in Ulanhot.
It is worth a visit, the only Genghis Khan temple in the world. Although the place is not big, it is still quite solemn, dignified, exquisite and has some characteristics. If you can hire a tour guide, it may look more interesting.

The built-in facilities are complete and the service staff are very enthusiastic, which makes me feel at home. The indoor environment is beautiful and the source pools are rich in variety, which makes my friend and I feel very comfortable both physically and mentally, as if we were in a tropical jungle.
There are not many hot water pools. There are more warm and cold water pools. The environment is pretty good, with drinkable hot spring water. If there are not many people, it is still quite enjoyable. The overall environment feels pretty good.

Bailang Peak is certainly worth visiting. It has lush green forests, quiet birch forests, intoxicating natural oxygen bars, and more places that will make you linger. Believe me, it will not let you down.
In 2024, I came to Arshan in Daxing'anling, Inner Mongolia to enjoy the autumn. After arriving in Arshan City by train at 9:15 in the morning, I asked about the shuttle bus from Arshan to Manzhouli in Hulunbuir in two days at the Arshan long-distance bus station. I accidentally found that there was a shuttle bus passing Bailang Peak at 12:20 noon. The ticket price was only 11 yuan. Bailang Peak is 40 kilometers away from the urban area of Arshan. The original information I found was that there was no public transportation, and I could only drive or charter a car. The charter fee was about 200 yuan during the peak tourist season, and it rose to 400 yuan during the National Day holiday. The journey took about 50 minutes. The original plan was to charter a car on the fourth day after arriving in Arshan. Now that there is a shuttle bus to arrive, I decided to change the itinerary and go to Bailang Peak Scenic Area first. The road is colorful and full of autumn. But when I was on the top of Bailang Peak, there was a strong wind and a vast sea of clouds. I had no choice but to retreat, which was a bit regrettable.
