The hotel is located in an area close to a bus station. The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be upgraded, especially the blankets.

Really close to market and mc donalds. U can leave your luggage even after u checkout if u wanna go out

Bed quality wasn’t the best, and the internet is very very slow.

This is not at all a 4 stars hotel. Very basic accomodation, old furniture in the hotel and the rooms. It looks more like a building with some rooms to rent. The location is the only good thing as the bus 4L stops in the front of the hotel and in 10 min you are in Venice. Almost clean i would say. They give you 2 bottles of water for free but one of them was already opened and half consumed , so the cleaning staff should pay more atention on these details. Overall it could be a good option if you wanna get fast in Venice but don’t expect too much becase you will be dissapointed.

Fine location, need to take a bus to arrive Venice, bus station is straight under the hotel. A loot of noises came from the window, all day and all night long which disturbed my sleeping.

Not so comfortable. Wifi didn’t work at all in our room in the 12th floor, even though I called to get it fixed never came. Breakfast had no taste. But the room was ok.

I had a very unpleasant experience with both the travel agency and the hotel. We were forced to pay 112 euros for another room with a double bed, because the agency did not pay to the hotel what we paid to them. 4 to be exact. people, we woke up to have two rooms with a single bed.

I think this hotel is nice but they do not change the seats and cover if you stay continuously.there are heating machine but I can’t turn on the temperature.Tv remote controller is broken and battery was tasted.That might be weak point but others are okay.

The room we booked was a bit smaller than expected but it is clean and acceptable.
