The room was super spacious, and the price per night is pretty reasonable, considering it is located in 中环。 What greatly impressed me is the hospitality of the staff. From my many years of experience in Hong Kong, many of the hotel staff and taxi drivers hold a hostile and cocky attitude toward people from other cities of China. This hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. They really made my stay in Hong Kong this time a happy and memorable one. I would definitely stay here again next time!

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and bars, not too loud. There's a construction site next door but I didn't hear anything over the weekend. Room is small but clean and equipped with a small tv and large desk. Good spot if you just want to come for a weekend and go out for dinner and drinks with friends. Only downside is that there's no gym of any sort and lugging luggage up wellington street from the mtr is a bit of a pain. The better option would probably to take the escalators from central.

The location of the hotel is great, is nearby the bar area to go walking but not close enough to get noisy at night. Even though there were a few buildings in front, we still had a nice view of the ocean. You can also walk to the Ferry area, it takes about 15 minutes and it’s easier to walk than wait to find a taxi. The room was very clean, the shower was absolutely amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was polite and assisted with the requests we had. When we arrived at the room, it smelled a bit musty but it went away after we turned on the AC for a while. Would only like to point out that there are no free power outlet adapters available, however you can purchase them at the hotel for 140 HKD.

It was a small 2 room suit but very cute. With a view of the harbor, skyscrapers and I could see a long fireworks on the day of celebration in October. The breakfast however was indeed like in a monastery. Very simple no diversity. It is better to go to other places for breakfast. I enjoyed the outdoor pool, small but very nice. And walking in the Botanical garden and a few of small restaurants if you go a couple of highway layers lower using the stairways on the left of the main entrance to the hotel and then turn left at the bottom you will find those restaurants and one of them a very good Dim sum place.

Booked the Grand Premier Peak View King (Newly Renovated) room for accommodation before our big day. As we would have simple photo shoot inside the room, we asked the hotel if we could be arranged to a room with good view. The hotel was so kind to have upgraded our room to higher floor and the view was very nice. The facilities in the room was new and easy to use. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. With a combination of traditional exterior and modern decoration inside the room, I will recommend this room to everyone.

It doesn’t have enough space to move around when you have your suitcase opened on the floor. The bathroom doesn’t have a bath tub.

Our quarantine has been such an easy and breezy stay. The deco and furniture made the whole ambience warmth and relaxing. The meals we received were so delicious and yummy. Kudos to the culinary team. We are also spoiled by selection of Nespresso Coffee and Tea Selection. Requests are promptly attended by Prince Hotel team via Whatapps and items were delivered in timely manner. My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

It was wrongly advertised on trip.com that there was an outdoor pool, gym and sauna for guests to relax in. An on-site restaurant and coffee shop were all referenced but not there. Hopefully the information has been updated by trip.com I booked 5 nights expecting all of these facilities to be there for me to use and none of them were there. It spoilt my holiday. The hotel told me that they didn’t have these facilities when I asked them about it on my first day. They said trip.com had made an error. They didn’t offer any solutions to help me though, e.g. giving me a slight discount would have been a nice good will gesture. Despite the negatives, the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and in a very convenient area. There wouldn’t have been a single issue if it was correctly advertised. I’d recommend for guests to stay there if the information about their facilities is correctly advertised.

I had a pleasant time at the Shama Central. It was a really lovely hotel/ service apartment. The room was quite spacious, with a big dining room and living room too. Everything looked fairly nice. And the hotel was located at a convenient area, with many good restaurants nearby! The whole apartment was kinda dreamy, view was ok. However, the one problem was the front desk staff. When we were checking out, the female frontdesk staff member was really rude. Her attitude was very poor and I felt rather surprised by her attitude. It was such a shame because the rest of the stay was satisfactory, but it ended on such a negative note because of her!
