I would like to thank Master Mu from the team for taking care of and explaining the whole process, and introducing the best places to visit and take pictures in various places. I would also like to thank Master Jia and Master He for their recommendations on the delicious and fun things to do in the pedestrian street. I enjoyed the meal. Authentic and affordable Hangzhou cuisine. Environment: The hotel is in a quiet corner next to the lively Liulang Singying, adjacent to the West Lake, with exclusive lake views, and Leifeng Pagoda is in front of you. Inside the hotel is the Imperial Garden of the Song Dynasty. History is around you and it is so beautiful. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good and very clean. Facilities: The facilities are complete and considerate, the hotel supplies are of good quality, and the bedding is very comfortable.

If you want to be a stone throw away from the West Lake, this is a fantastic place to be. With everything you would want to see right on your doorstep. Our room, although a little dated, was clean and comfortable. I do prefer a firm bed and this was on the soft side. Make sure to bring a USB plug as there were no usb sockets in our room. Also, for a room with a street view rather than a residential building, ask for an odd numbered room. Breakfast selection was great and varied.

This time I brought my parents and children to visit West Lake. It was the most popular time in Hangzhou, with good weather, flowers to see and tea to pick. Fortunately, the hotel occupies an exclusive location, and there is no impact from a large number of tourists. Building 6 itself is very new and well decorated. There are coffee, tea and fruit in the afternoon. Compared with the West Lake State Guesthouse, the scenery is good in each, but the State Guesthouse is bigger. There are more places to visit, suitable for staying longer. The attitude of the waiters in Xizi Hotel is very good. Especially Master Xu at the concierge, thanks to him, we can help us complete the itinerary so well. In addition, we took the hotel travel photos. Compared with the travel photos in Sanya, I feel that the experience is better, 20 plus one. Thank you photographer Kong Kong, the photos are very beautiful, and now the screen saver of my family has been changed to the new photos taken by the children.

PRO: - Strategic location, by the side of Xihu Lake and there were lots of restaurants and shopping mall behind it. CONS: Considering this is an International Hotel ”Grand Hyatt” - At first, they gave me a room that was not fully furnished (no bath tub and shower door), different than the pict that they advertised. I complained to the manager to give me another room. In the end she transfered me to the fully furnished one, but she seemed annoyed by my complain. - Compared to other Hyatt rooms that I've stayed, this room was the smallest. - Limited selection of breakfast for a 5 stars International hotel. Not worth for the price they charged.

Though the entrance was a bit difficult to find, it's a really small but neat hotel, located across from West Lake. My room was small, but very comfortable, and had all the basic amenities and even some special added features like an automatic toilet and a very BIG tv. There was even a patio attached to the room. The hotel also smelled EXTREMELY good and the staff were very helpful and polite. The food selection was purely Chinese style and didn't have many choices. It would be better to find a restaurant to have a better breakfast.

The small western-style building with a story is also a good location to see the West Lake. The furnishings in the house seem to be a beauty in a cheongsam, walking towards you with a hand-cranked feather fan. Although the photos on the wall are remakes, they are all based on real materials. Sitting in the restaurant by the French windows on three sides for breakfast in the morning, the sun is covering the ground, and the breakfast is very warm. Excellent location, 3 min walk to Hefang Street. Barely any facilities though. Rooms were clean enough, but there is lingering smoke smell from the exhaust fans in the toilet. Shower was good. Annoying thing was that every time you walk into the room and insert your keycard, the TV switches on and plays really loud music which we had to turn off every time. Great check in and check out times though :) Not many places to get on a Didi / taxi, since there isn't a driveway, so you need to be fast when ordering a taxi.

The first time I took my children to Hangzhou to play alone, I arrived at almost ten o'clock in the evening. I saw this on Trip.com and placed an order decisively on the subway. I was worried, but after I arrived, I found that this place was close to everywhere. Hefang Street, Yintai, and West Lake were all nearby, and Hangzhou Public Security Bureau was opposite, which was too safe.
